Monthly Rentals in Hackney

I stayed for two nights and overall had a good experience. The flat is clean, quiet, and comfortable — great for resting, and just as described. The location is ideal if you enjoy the Victoria Park and London Fields area. You can hear the train from the room, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. Kat is always around and available to help if needed, which I appreciated. That said, I didn’t feel entirely comfortable using the shared spaces like the kitchen, living room or terrace, which didn’t seem to be fully available for guests. It wasn’t an issue for me as I spent most of my time out, but it’s something to be aware of. All in all, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Hackney, surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars. Both London Fields and Broadway Market are just a short walk away, ideal for enjoying a picnic in the park or exploring the weekend market on sunny days. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a cozy, modern touch. One of its standout features are the two balconies, offering lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening. The living area is a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing The host was always quick to answer and very helpful.

If I could give more than five stars as a rating for this stay, I would!! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by Genevieve & Pascal’s beautiful art and decorative style and have generous access to common spaces such as the living room and kitchen areas making it a perfect stay for people that are doing a longer stay or using the common areas in between exploring the city. I did WFH here and it was wonderful; wifi works great. The bus stations are extremely close to the home and there’s also a lot of of lime bikes around that allow for easy access to the train station (no more than five minute ride to the nearest overhead station). I also enjoyed the proximity to cafes, restaurants, and parks. While Genevieve and Pascal weren’t around during my stay, they were very responsive through the app and even had a close friend of theirs named Nina provide super close support and attention to me and the other guests while we were there. Thank you Nina!

Juliette is such a nice and lovely woman! She is a bundle of joy and her Air BnB was exactly as I imagined it. It was warm and welcoming with that lava lamp on the kitchen table, a bunch of different mugs and other cutlery, it was just full of live! I cannot stand those white clean and sterile designer appartments that are just cold and not welcoming at all. Juliette's was perfect!
