Vacation rentals in Freetown

The pictures don't do justice to this home (light and beautiful) and its surroundings (paradise). There should be one of the view from the deck directly down to the ocean! :) Architecture is stunning. Full on views of the beach and tropical vegetation from every side. Two different work spaces with desks and views out the back. Kitchen is a little small if you're having a big group, but for two it was terrific. Everything worked. Fans in all the rooms! Great shower with fabulous water pressure. Loved the simplicity of the decor and having the beach to ourselves. BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS (and maybe print them at home). VERY useful information. Contact Latoya for practical questions. She was able to get us a rental car when other companies said they had no vehicles left. Do get a 4WD. The high chassis is important for rutted roads if you go anywhere off the beaten track. We didn't plan to, but it happens! :)

Spectacular beachfront setting with open ocean views. Very private setting. Although there are other homes on Banks Road it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Several good restaurants and pristine, sheltered beaches are just a short drive away. Home is partially updated (new appliances, new TV, new outdoor furniture and new covered beachfront deck with 4 lounge chairs) and features a spiral staircase to get to 2nd floor where the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located. We were very happy with our stay. Rachel was highly responsive and we would welcome the opportunity to visit again.

We loved our stay at Keith’s Airbnb. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and he had everything we needed to have fun on the water! From snorkel gear, to fishing poles, we had a blast. The kitchen was great for us to cook all our meals, and the diving right outside his place was wonderful. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset, eating meals, and relaxing. We will be back and will recommend to all our friends in the future!

The little red house is even more beautiful than on the pictures and description! We felt right at home because it was so well equipped! Snorkelling gear; Kanu; Lots of toiletries; the kitchen was even more well equipped than my own: like herbs and spices! The house was very clean and cozy! Most beautiful few and surrounding I have ever seen. The host was very friendly, answered all our questions and even helped us with booking a rental car which was also a great deal!

I can’t say enough about Bella Mer. Our family enjoyed everything and really appreciated the location and the setup of this property. We have stayed all over the world and this is one of the finest places we have ever stayed. Everything is stocked great with cooking and cleaning gear. The generator was flawless and so nice. The beds were so comfortable and the setting was perfect for what we were looking for in this vacation. Mid-Way Cost cutters was only about 5-10 minutes down the road and has a great selection for your grocery needs.

lovely. kiki is a beautiful person and soul. responds asap. helpful with recommendations. the room was pristine squeaky clean. the white pillow protectors and white stainless mattress pad to name a few things that airbnbs lack in cleanliness. or dont even have at all. pretty decor. love the keurig machine in the morning and potable water dispenser. the outside and grounds are so natural and pretty. lots of nooks and shady spots to enjoy some peaceful r and r. hammocks benches tables and chairs with sun umbrellas. 40 minute drive from the island school. not bad at all. delicious restaurant a few minutes walk away. nothing bells and whistles on the inside but the food was delicious and fresh and tasted very farm to table. kiki and her homestead are represented honestly in the pictures and descriptions. and more. 🍍💛🌴

Had a terrific stay.. the house is literally 35 feet from the beach... great location and view of salt pond. A 2 min walk brings you to "between the rocks" beach - a terrific snorkeling spot... will definitely return !

Nice and accommodating, windows were left open so a few gnats got in but overall really clean and nice place
