Vacation rentals with beach access in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

The host went out of his way to get us a great place to park my truck, which is quite large. The furniture in the accommodation is of excellent quality. The armchair made you not want to get up because of its great comfort, and the space is used to the fullest. Honestly, it was one of the best vacations of our lives.

Nicolau and his family welcomed us very well, we felt at home with all the affection and hospitality! Right on the sand, without any problems with other guests! We'll be back soon, no doubt!

We had a great stay in the apartment! The space is like in the photos, it has everything that is needed to meet those who stay - including small details that, for those who arrive, are extremely functional differentials: toilet paper in the bathroom, soap and dish detergent, salt and cooking oil, etc. Fernando was extremely kind, gave us tips of places to visit and proved available for any eventuality. The condominium is excellent, the pool is wonderful, the mini market 24h is extremely useful. Just cross the street and we're already at the beach. The facial recognition system works perfectly and has a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. We will certainly be back!

It is a comfortable place with everything that you need. The beachfront location is excellent, the gate literally faces the beach sand. There are many shops in the area, souvenirs, supermarkets, clothing, restaurants of all kinds. Excellent and convenient.

We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to give us the keys and give us directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and 100 meters from shops and restaurants. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to check out late to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda!

The apartment has everything for you to stay for many days, the condominium is sensational… it was a great experience.

Our stay at Fernando's studio was very enjoyable. We like the accommodations very much, but especially the neighborhood that is very safe, quiet, close to supermarkets, restaurants and easy to travel to other places. Without mentioning the view of the waterfront that is beautiful and you can walk. We look forward to returning soon!

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

João Pedro's house is very conveniently located for those who don't want to use the car, we did everything on foot, going to the beach, going out to eat and going to the supermarket. It is just as the photos show, spacious due to its brightness, with everything you need to spend a few summer days. It has air conditioning in the two bedrooms, which makes it very cool, the full bathrooms and the beds and mattresses are in perfect condition, in addition to the bedding that was also impeccable. The kitchen is good, with everything you need to prepare basic and quick dishes, it has everything you need and in good condition. The neighborhood is quiet, has similar adjoining houses and the rest is magnificent. It was very easy to get there and João made it easy for us to check in and check out without any schedule requirements. Like other guests, we recommend that João have a hose or faucet in the front yard for returning from the beach. It's a 10-point house to spend a few days in PDR.

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I went with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Paulo quickly answered my questions and sent accurate information. We all enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

Home is fantastic, exactly what we expected, a paradise. Seu Hedio received us personally and was very helpful. We had a little problem with the water of the house and His Hedium was very helpful to solve the problem and tb came to us to check if everything was in our compliance. 10/10 I will return with the family for sure

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

First, it is worth mentioning the attention given by Tom and Cida, who were very kind and attentive in relation to all instructions and assistance in relation to the apartment. The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

Excellent place, better than described in the ad. Rogerio was very attentive to our requests. 100 points, it's a place for a beautiful vacation.

At the beginning it costs us a little to learn how to use some amenities of the complex , but in the aftermath we felt at home, we spent a few spectacular days.
