In the photos, the cottage already looked fantastic, but I reality it was much better! The kids were very impressed, and wanted to keep living there! The space, the decor, everything was great! The pool was fantastic, we made wonderful use of this every day! We also found the house surprisingly complete, with keeping in front of the fireplace and BBQ, all the stuff to cook and bbq. Also the contact with the hostess was very nice, and quick responses. We really enjoyed it!!!

La Quinta is a slice of heaven on earth, away from the bustle of the city and all the worries. Joana is the perfect hostess, leading you to the best bakery or ice cream shop nearby. Our children who love the goats, pigs, geese, ponies and the (pregnant) donkey, and the adults actually too. As if the well-equipped games room was not enough, there is also a caravan full of toys in the garden. The interior is curated with care, taste and creativity and it is wonderful to spend time on the terrace. La Quinta is the ideal base for a beautiful region and for, for example, a walk around the castle of Modave and the beautiful view there. But would you leave La Quinta? The only downside is that donkey Marie-José did not like it during our stay. 🫣

Great family retreat in a big house with so many activities that we didn’t want to get out of the estate, we played until we dropped on the tennis court, basketball field, table tennis, pool table, super Mario machine, football table. We used both kitchens (so two ovens, two dishwashers), but the one stove downstairs (with 8 pits!). Bedrooms are well isolated so sleeping in silence, and ofc full darkness at night in this area. We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely beautiful cottage! Nestled in a soothing natural setting, it offers superb views and a warm atmosphere that invites you to relax upon arrival. Each room is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the outdoor spaces are just as charming, perfect for enjoying moments outdoors. We also enjoyed the small touches left by the hosts, who are available and welcoming while respecting our privacy. This place is great for a stay with family or friends, with beautiful walks nearby. We leave delighted, with memories full of the head, and we recommend this cottage without hesitation to all those who are looking for an exceptional setting to recharge their batteries. It was a pleasure to be a guest in this amazing family home. A beautiful decor, good taste and enough to do in and around the house. Highly recommended.
