Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

We had a fantastic stay at Bradley’s. The house was very comfortable, the pool & patio beautiful, and the house had literally everything you could possibly need. The accommodations were beautiful & immaculate. We would absolutely stay again if in the area. Directions were perfect & communication very timely. Check in was a breeze. This was a fabulous location, great house, great view. I hosted my exec team for a retreat and we loved the house, loved the back deck with great furniture, and spent time by the pool. There were multiple coffee shops within two miles, and great food - fast-food or dine in. Ryan and team were great to communicate with. We had to contact them during our stay and they sent someone right over. I would highly recommend this house!

During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house is lovely and has great amenities. We loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood. The outdoor space of the house is wonderful. We enjoyed eating meals outside and also sitting in the sun or shade on comfy furniture. We spent many hours enjoying the outdoor space.

We could not have better hosts, always responding to anything within the hour, or less. They were very clear on instructions and settings regarding the AirBnB. This was our first time using an AirBnB and we will use the option instead of hotels anymore. The experience here decided this for us. If you get the chance and are in the area - look this one up!

The house & backyard/pool area were awesome and perfect for our family vacation. The spacious house provided plenty of bedrooms and relaxation areas and the heated pool, spa & amenities gave us all plenty to entertain ourselves. Everything was well stocked and needs were anticipated. Mira was very responsive and area was pleasant. We hope to return again and had a wonderful time!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. This home is quite roomy and close to just about anything one might need! Daily adventures were readily taken as this location afforded easy access to hiking trails, historical sights, dining, and, and, and! Traveling with dogs could not have been easier; the pups quickly loved longing on the pool deck. The pool and hot tub made for relaxing afternoons and evenings. Perhaps the nicest aspect of this rental was working with a fabulous host; thank you for a lovely stay!

Esther's place was clean, in a great neighborhood, quiet, and safe. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature! There is a charcoal grill and plenty of seating out back. The house is comfortable with plenty of seating as well. I would recommend checking out the kitchen before planning meals. Plenty of pots and pans but you may need to grab some disposable pans for baking and cooking. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The hosts communicated quickly and the instructions were clear. Thanks for a good stay!

The best part of our stay was Paige. She was responsive during our stay and even after when I reached out to her about retrieving an item I had left behind. We had a wonderful time for our girls' getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time by the pool! The waterfall was peaceful and relaxing! Super Cool person, caring, very knowledgeable about the area, greeted us upon arrival! Will refer others to go there. The town has lots of history. Food was not that great in town. However there was some within 15 minutes and Anthem is a great golf course. We are not used to air conditioning but there were plenty of blankets.

This is the 2nd time that we stayed at Alondra’s place. It was exactly as described and photographed, and the same as it was last year. Alondra gives clear simple instructions, and is easy to communicate with. Her home is very clean, convenient, and comfortable. We also really enjoy the ping pong table in the garage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Was exactly what we were looking for during our short stay. The host was very responsive to our needs and gave plenty of local recommendations upon request, prior to our stay. Would recommend this house if traveling in the area.
