It was a great time at Maria‘s place. The house is beautiful, super clean, very modern style and perfectly located on the island. The hosts are super friendly and always try their best to meet your expectations and they will do anything to give you the best stay on this island. Highly recommended!

We were three families with six adults and five children, so we really appreciated that Anta’s villa is so big. Also the pool area, bbq and tennis court are all lovely and make keeping the kids busy very easy. Anta set up for Maria and Anastasia to cook for us a couple of times- I would highly recommend that as the food was great and the ladies very kind and helpful. Anta also gave us many helpful recommendations. The villa is in a convenient location in the countryside but not too far from zakynthos so it’s easy to get to many things to do. Overall we had a lovely time, the house was lovely and perfect for a big group, Anta and her team were very kind and helpful to us. Thanks a lot!

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.

We stayed in one villa with 4 families with children and hat a lot of fun. The new and very beautiful villa provides a lot of possibilities (tennis-court,pool). And there are several archeological sites to visit nearby. Our host Dora was always there for us when we needed her.

The house was perfect. Clean, all the furnitures we needed (even baby bed and baby chair). Also, Giorgio is here to answer all your questions in the hour. And the instructions given on the islands and the restaurants were really useful

We had an amazing vacation at the villa! The property is even better in reality than it seems in the photos, especially the sunsets and ocean views. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. Reizi as a host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive, always making sure we’d have the best time possible. We will definitely come back!

Wow, what a wonderful holiday in an amazing location. Tasos was a perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport for us making our arrival a very easy journey. He popped by to check everything was ok on many days. The property is beautiful, everything is decorated to a very high standard and kept very clean with daily housekeeping. We mostly spent our days by the pool and walked to one of the many wonderful restaurants for dinner each evening. We walked to the beach one afternoon and to the waterpark on another day. A very relaxing holiday and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Tasos

We had a fantastic stay. Spyros was so helpful and responsive. The property was clean and as described. We stayed out of season but there were a few tavernas open which we could walk to (Babbis taverna around 20 minutes walk was fantastic). The property was 5 minutes from the beautiful beach. There were a couple of things that came up that I had to contact Spyros about and he came back to me immediately sorting anything within 10 minutes. We felt so at home at the property and would loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

A very nice villa with many utilities and the water in the pool was very clean. The hosts were extraordinarily kind and friendly, they were available to us anytime we needed anything. It was a great experience.

We had a great stay at this lovely villa! The house is exactly as you would expect from the pictures, is a short walk to the main town (or drive if you prefer) and a sparkling pool really makes all the difference. Spyros was easy to communicate with, always available as needed, and provided great recommendations before we arrived for spots across the island. Thank you Spyros!

What an amazing property. Stefania was a wonderful host who was able to accommodate us at last minute after arriving and finding our original villa, in the marineika vanato region, was under the flight path, 3 flights per hour for 18hrs a day almost ruined our holiday but Ambelos Villa saved the day. The villa is beautifully designed, modern, very clean and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is far bigger. Our children, 9 & 7, loved the mezzanine level with the lower roof, they enjoyed having their own seating area and bathroom. The pool and views are stunning. Sunrise with a coffee on the terrace with nothing but the sounds of nature was a highlight. Irini, the housekeeper is so friendly also. The area has lots of wonderful Taverna’s nearby, Votsalo being a must! Cameo Island is 15mins away. We hired quads to tour up to Zakynthos Town down to Vasilikous and back to the villa. A fun afternoon out. You will have a great holiday at this villa

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Zakynthos! The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly relaxing vacation — with a amazing pool and the showers have great water pressure, which was a nice bonus. Although we visited during the low season, it was easy to imagine how incredible the villa would be in the summer. The location is perfect: just a short drive from the airport, with spacious on-site parking, outdoor grill and only minutes from Zakynthos Marine Park. We loved hiking and trail running there while taking in the breathtaking views. Nikos went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with bottled water and fresh fruit on arrival, they shared with us their local BBQ during our stay, and even offered a late check-out. So kind, accommodating, it truly made our visit extra special. We would absolutely love to return someday. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

Great stay at Aris and Nikos'. The hospitality was great. The villa is clean, new, equipped, with absolutely beautiful surroundings. Both were always available to answer and advise us during our stay. We also went to Aris' restaurant: very good food, and excellent atmosphere. We highly recommend it and thank them again!

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

Generally a great stay, with incredibly great hosts. Lovely easy welcome and amazing private even though they lived upstairs - we didn't discover that, other than their quick help if we asked. Located away from the most touristy Zakynthos with lots of lovely local experiences: Experienced olive oil production live, small local church, restaurants close as well as small cozy towns to visit. And the private pool was incredibly delicious. Thank you so much for a great holiday☀️😄

Where do we start? We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gerasimos and Vasiliki. You were both incredible hosts and we loved the outstanding service. The villa itself is absolutely stunning! We arrived in the last week of Oct and there no tourists around! The peace and quiet was just so perfect! We loved the weather, the pool, the views! Everything! We drove from the airport and that took about 50 mins. We loved the gate entrance and the privacy it brought with it. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise every single morning from either the balcony and by the high chairs! Absolutely stunning views. We loved the cute gift basket! Places we visited were: Poros, Skala Beach, Sami, Myrtos Beach (sunset is beautiful) and Argostoli. We highly recommend this villa to all! And we look forward to returning with our family again! We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!
