fantastic stay away for my partners 40th Birthday celebrations. Very cosy and tucked away with breathtaking views of Elie. Fiona was a great host. We shall be back in the near future.

Family had a great time at the "Ninetrees" cottage at Bachilton. Beautiful, peaceful location. What a view from the hot tub and seating area; incredible. Took the dog nearby walks around the farm roads. The lounge and dining area was so big and comfortable. Great facilities - kitchen, every utensil and pot and crockery required; washing machine and tablets; dishwasher; microwave; etc Perfect! Hot tub was fantastic. Had nice meals from nearby farm shop and coffee shop and also at Cherrybank Inn in Perth. wee tip for dog owners - the cottage is dog-friendly, which is great, but not fully enclosed outside, so bring along a spike and long lead and you can easily chill without worrying the dog has ran off somewhere. Loved our peaceful time there; would go back in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a total peaceful break, clear instructions on how to use amenities, hot tub was really clean and really warm so enjoyed hours relaxing in it! Thank you Ainslie ❤️

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very well designed cottage making the best possible use of quite a small space - with both a shower room and bathroom , utility room as well as kitchen/living space and the patio with hot tub. Although near to the High Street with a range of takeaways and a superb butcher (Hunters) the cottage is in a very quiet street. The nearby Curate Wynd free car park was very handy and we could unload from there. Although Dawn and Darren were away Dawn was on hand to answer any queries. We had a great three day break - spending the days at the RSPB Nature Reserve in stunning weather. We ate out one night at the Balgedie Toll Tavern - highly recommended for great food and very good service.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location with great facilities - very private and comfortable

We had an absolutely lovely time at Ali's place. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hot tub and garnden really make the place with stunning views. Easy access to Edinburgh by train and car and also the Fife coastal path. We loved it! would be very happy to return again one day. Ali was the perfect host.

We had a lovely few days, staying at Appletree Cottage, with our two grandchildren aged 6 and 3. The cottage was very comfy and well equipped, and ideally suited our needs. Good location for many attractions such as Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We were lucky to have good weather so the excellent play area and hot tub were much enjoyed each day. Would definitely recommend booking.

We rented Ladywell Lodge with the Doocot for a large family holiday. Though the cottage is up in the hills, it was very quick to get to major routes. The lodge was perfect for the two couples who stayed there. It is tucked away in its own large outdoor space with woods and hill walks just moments away. It was comfortable and clean with everything as described. The kitchen was well laid out and the sitting room really cosy. The hosts were great too - Sandra is really responsive and we found the flexible check in really good. It was perfect for our family and being able to pair renting this with the Doocot meant we had a brilliant space for lots of people to stay. My husband and I would love to go back and would happily rent the lodge again as it was so comfortable in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here, everything was here that I needed, my dogs were also very well catered for. I had to change the plans a couple of times and Anne was very responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this little apartment, it was small but perfectly formed with a quaint little courtyard. Love it.

Really lovely property with a high standard of fittings and all the kitchen equipment you could wish for. The garden is a highlight, as is the loft space which is almost a set contained flat.

Lovely one night stay at Weavers Cottage. Stay was exactly as described and it being right on the beach was great for us as we visited with our dog, who enjoyed the early morning walk in particular. Peaceful location and all amenities as described. Nice touch that we had milk from Caron for a brew when we arrived. Good instructions were given from Caron and the cottage was lovely, warm and cosy inside. Should we ever be in that neck of the woods we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. This was our second stay at the cottage and had a lovely time. Cozy, with everything you could possibly need and having the log fire is a bonus. The location is perfect for us as it is close to family but staying on a working farm is also fun to see everything going on. Would definitely stay again.

This relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful place was just what weary travelers needed! Natalie was warm and welcoming, and the apartment was super conveniently located in the village. We enjoyed eating at the Crail Harbor Gallery, wandering the village and seaside, and then coming home to sit by the wood stove.

We absolutely loved our stay at the stables house! The house itself was lovely. Very cozy and clean. Big rooms, big garden and a very nice conservatory where we sat a lot. We also loved the grounds. Very well kept, beautiful walled garden and lots of animals. Would definitely recommend! Hosts have lots of recommended for the area. We spent most of our time in Edinburgh.

Beautifully quaint bolthole! The Cupboard is a utterly lovely place in Elie, literal stonesthrow from the beach, where our dog and us had a magical time. Tiny but expertly laid out, and efficiently uses the space so you feel super at home. We love it and will defo be back

Spent a lovely couple of days at the cottage with our family - myself , husband and 2 children ages 7 and 11 over the Easter holidays . The place was fantastic , furnished to a high standard , clean and had everything we needed for a cosy stay. Rooms were much larger than we anticipated with very comfy beds - We loved the wood burn stove to sit round at night and appreciated all the little touches likes tea, coffee etc and selection of books and games. Host was in touch prior to the stay and the whole booking was seamless and helpful. Only thing we felt could be improved was the shower - the water pressure was very low. A wonderful stay - we would Stay again and recommend to others a great central base for exploring St Andrews and the costal side of Fife with everything within 10-15 min drive .

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle this cottage is definitely for you. A nice relaxing space with an enclosed private garden where you can sit with your hound and watch the birds. Rupert was a superb host, we can highly recommend the home made jam and bread!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. Impeccably decorated and full of character. The location is idyllic, despite being 20 mins out of Perth you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The perfect place to relax, light the fire and chill with a book! You will not regret booking this fantastic home and Alice is a brilliant host! 5 stars and more!

The cottage is beautiful, very week equipped and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The log burner is so cosy and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! We loved our stay and communication was fantastic. Hope to come back again soon xx

Cottage is in a great location with easy walk to town centre, swingpark and harbour. Kitchen/sitting area is great for having everyone in one area and the garden is lovely. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could need from kitchen equipment and outdoor items including badminton rackets and football (oh and a wee dog bed I found in hall cupboard). Beds were comfy and the rooms had great blackout blinds (which are sometimes lacking in other places). Would definitely use again and recommend to families.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 3 nights for my partners birthday and can honestly say we enjoyed every single minute. From meeting with Nick the host at check in he was friendly informative and welcoming. To the amazing scenery and amnesties with the beautiful animals. The quality of duvets, towels and bed sheets were amazing! We felt so cozy,comfortable and at home throughout our full stay. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Cozy living room with smart tv was a great addition. Beds were extremely comfortable and curtains were black out so a great night sleep was had. Shower was great pressure and beautiful aaran aromatics body wash shampoo ect all supplied. Spotlessly clean property throughout. We can’t fault our stay at all and cannot wait to return! Lewis’s flat was just beautiful. It was spotless and had everything that was needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were goodies and essentials left for us to enjoy. So nice to have these things when you are travelling. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.
