Pictures of the view from the main living room/dining room was what drew me to the property and the reality did not disappoint. The house was very homely, comfortable and Isabella was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that there was plenty of comfortable seating for the number of people the house can accommodate to sleep. The dishwasher did not work during our visit which was an inconvenience as we were a large family group who cooked regularly during our visit, so clearing up took significantly more time than we would have liked, but once Isabella was made aware, she did not hesitate to get it seen to as soon as possible. Unfortunately it could not be repaired during our visit but I cannot fault Isabella's reponse to the situation, it was just unfortunate. I would definitely recommend the property; it is clear a lot of thought has gone into the property to make it as comfortable as possible for guest. Thank you.

This place is a real gem with stunning views ! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well equipped! And there was clear and great instructions for everything.

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Lovely place to stay, fab beach onsite. Lots for kids to do onsite. Beautiful beaches all around the area. So much to see and do in this area. Would def use again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s caravan. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

The caravan offered a perfect base for visiting the area and is situated in the quiet part of the site. It’s a nice site, with amenities. Beautiful accommodation in a lovely peaceful area. The house is so lovely tastefully decorated with everything you could need. The area is lovely with miles of beach and coastline to explore. Shonagh is a great host and responded quickly and was very helpful returning a sweater that we accidentally left. I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

Stayed with Elizabeth for a couple of days due to a hospital appointment in Inverness. Elizabeth's place was perfect! just 20 minutes from Inverness centre, but super peaceful in gorgeous grounds...with an amazing collection of rare breed chickens and geece and Bengal kittens. Elizabeth clearly wants her guests to have the best stay and goes above and beyond to make that happen. Certain we will be back 😊

Fantastic location as base to explore the Cairngorms. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket in the town main street. Lovely caravan with everything you'd need for a family holiday. 5 stars overall!

Spent a great week here with family, and we all felt at home. The property feels nice and secluded but is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. loads of options for days out with or without kids and walks within reasonable driving distance. Bea was always easy to contact and very nice to communicate with if needed. highly recommend

Nick is a friendly and courteous host. His Airbnb is a nice quiet enclave tucked away in Banff for passers by. The accommodation is very clean and safely located, behind a locked gate off the Main Street. Would happily come back here again if I were to be in Banff.

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!
