Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Elani

The house, porch, terrace, and garden are great! We had a great time with our two dogs, who didn't stop running around the garden. The only thing we didn't like is the proximity of the freeway and the noise from the driveway cars, but could be used in two or three days:)

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

I cannot recommend Olga’s enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. Olga made us treats and was so kind and friendly. She gave great recommendations. The house was extremely comfortable. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and very relaxing.

We felt very comfortable with Harry. Particularly nice was the sunrise from the bed/balcony or the terrace on the ground floor. A wonderful area, beautiful and quiet. A Grand Masoutis is nearby and the town of Nea Moudania is great for shopping on cloudy days if you don't want to drive down to Pefkochori or Kassandria. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example in Nea Potidea and Nea Fokea. The place leaves nothing to be desired - all furniture is solid furniture, all of which are very stable and of the highest quality. The towels and linens smell fresh and clean, even the blanket from the sofa. I love the scent from the bathroom on the ground floor. Small tip, the shop AB Vassilopoulos has the largest selection of Dolce Gusto matching capsules (not only cappuccino, but also Lungo, Starbucks and Lavazza). We didn't arrive at the property until midnight. We were warmly welcomed and immediately invited to a garden party to eat and drink. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool very nice and clean. There's nothing to criticize at all. We felt very comfortable.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

Yoana was such a great host .She left for us fruits and wine.Recommend beaches and restourants in the area. Location is great-2 min from bakery and 5 min from center area.

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Out stay at Nikos' was an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and in excellent condition, with an amazing view and just minutes from the beach. Nikos was an extraordinary host, polite and friendly, and quick to meet our requests. I definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Nikos!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝

Excellent location, very close to beautiful beach. The villa looks same as on the pictures. The yard is beautiful. Giannis welcomed us warmly and he was helpful all the time. Air conditioning will give everything that is missing for this property to be complete. It was extremly hot for sleeping at night. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and even of air filters humidity is high.

We stayed at two different suites but this will apply to both. Amazing rooms and more luxury than even I expected and our expectations were high. Beautiful property, attention to detail, pools in pretty much every suite. Immaculately kept. Unbelievable views, food was amazing and drinks, snacks. This really is premium accommodation and worth every penny. The hosts of the family run business were extremely helpful and went over and above to make our stay literally perfect. Having a 11 month old with us as well was no problem as all facilities were provided upon request and before we even checked in. Can’t wait to go back.
