We had an extended weekend with friends in this beautiful house, in an idyllic setting. The beds were made when we arrived, the house was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. Julio was there when we arrived and was very responsive to any questions we had beforehand. We had a great time and will be happy to go back. Thank you for everything!

The house is beautiful. The location is great. The only recommendation at the check-out check-out was that we felt very pressured, even before the time of departure, we feel very pressured as they arrived before, in addition they charge a cleaning fee inside the rental but they practically tell you that you must leave everything washing, everything in the kitchen, not even leave in the dishwasher you could leave washing, the beds I have to remove the sheets that never before in any stay, the garbage although I have to go to a place outside the house a day before to leave it, with many instructions to get to the place , the garbage that came from the last day I take it in the car to the airport because it could not leave a napkin, which I seem too exaggerated. I consider myself a very good guest and I like to leave the place very organized, but in this stay I seem too exaggerated in their demands on departure to deliver the house.

Very good stay, the house and its location are great. The house has all the comforts and amenities to have a great time. Clean with a beautiful area and a nice decoration. The exteriors and the interior are very nice. We will come back and totally recommend this rental. Ps: Bedding and linens are very comfortable. Boat docking small or large is very simple. Thank you for the stay and the house which totally meets our expectations.

The accommodation is secluded, which has advantages and disadvantages and is therefore ideal for all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. We really enjoyed the silence! The hosts attach great importance to cleanliness, which you immediately notice - everything was sparkling clean. The house is no longer completely new, but cozy and equipped with everything you need.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Great place. Comfortable home. Would book again. Really enjoyed the small town. Home was big and the hosts were excellent. The home is right next to the church so be prepared for church bells to ring every hour until around midnight.

We stayed with Eugénie as a family for a week and we loved our stay thanks to Eugénie and her valuable advice in the region but also thanks to her simply perfect accommodation and in a dream setting. Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend

Awesome, well-equipped villa in a private and safe area with short distance (walking distance) to food shops, restaurants, sandy beach and tennis court. However, it was convenient to have a rental car. All the descriptions matched and met all expectations. Attentive and very friendly host who cared for our enjoyment. Good follow-up in advance and during your stay. Toddlers such as extra towels and linens were fixed quickly and kindly, the host and consiergen gave us great tips on dining and attractions and patiently responded to all our questions. We'd love to come back.

We stayed as a group of 13 friends & Lauras place was just perfect! It has everything you could wish for, cute villages nearby, the most breath taking view, and really tasteful interiors! Laura was extra helpful with helping us book kayaking & was easy to contact before and during our stay. We could not recommend staying here more! 💛

The house was a wonderful retreat in the rolling hills of Costa Brava. The 250 year old home was charming and a character of our holiday. We all remarked how quiet the house was to sleep in and how we all slept so well. The pool and grounds were wonderful. Thank you to our host . And Rupia is so picturesque.

It is a very nice villa, everything is well thought out to stay there. Both bedrooms have good bedding, they are quiet. The shower is very good. The kitchen allows you to cook with a good oven, freezer and useful utensils. The terrace is large with garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool and terrace overlooking them are pretty and sunny. We had a great time and will gladly come back again.

the house is fine , the pool too , the amenities are fine for a holiday home. Steve is really responsive to various requests. I highly recommend his lovely home for a quiet holiday.

Very good place to stay and we will repeat! If you have to put a but, maybe it would be convenient to be able to get in sooner. 5pm is very late and check out at 10 am a little early. The rest very well

We had a wonderful stay with our children in Mark's house. It is in a wonderful location, very quiet, very well equipped and has everything you need, especially a very well equipped kitchen. His contact person on site is very nice, flexible and helpful. She brought us her own sand toys for our children, how nice! The house and the surrounding area are highly recommended, the places/beaches nearby are beautiful and you can eat very very well. Would be great to come back.

Christine and Pierre-Jean met us on our arrival to show us around their lovely home. they were friendly and relaxed. we were invited to enjoy the home as if it were ours for the week. Pierre-Jean even showed us his outdoor kitchen and firewood for al fresco cooking. They met us again to say goodbye. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Vanessa and her husband are great, super nice, very attentive. The house is just beautiful. The pool is the same, everything is just great and beautiful and so pleasant, this calm and serenity that reigns. Value for money widely respected.
