Monthly Rentals in El Perelló

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

We were very happy with our stay at Silvia's place. She met us at check in and guided us thru the apartment. Location was fantastic, about 25 minutes from Valencia City Center and 1 minute from the beach. Apartment came as advertised.

Gemma always replied to us, was nice and polite. The place was clean and everything else was as described. the apartment is just in front of the beach, close to many restaurants. I would recommend. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including a parasol and items for a day at the beach.

Nice, cozy and quite big family appartments but it will be fine for couples too as it have two bedrooms with double beds. Just two steps to the cost, supermarket and bus to Valencia (trip will take 40-60 min depending from the place where you go) The appartments is full of aroma things (oil, spray etc), just take this into consideration if you're not a big fan. Estela - very responsive and always ready to support with any questions you may have. Let's sum up - we were happy to stay here for two days with small family and highly recommend it for it's location and value for money.
