Our stay was spectacular, Gladys was helpful at all times. The place is just as described in the photos, safe parking, laundry area and very friendly neighbors. The place is close to everything and has lots of food places and shops really close by. Internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, all kitchen appliances. Gladys left us a welcome gift of chifles and donuts from the area. Close to the beaches of Jaramijo, Murciélago and San Mateo. A supermarket nearby with fresh fish every day. Gladys helped us by extending the check-out time a little and that was very important since we were a little late with the departure. The place and the host are highly recommended. I'll be back soon.

Recommended! The accommodation is as shown in the ad, in a pleasant, safe environment with constant attention, both by the host and by the staff, including the people at the entrance gate. I went to an event at the university and could easily get around, on foot or by taxi, to any point in the city.

Juan's apartment is just like the pictures, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is an excellent host, he was always attentive. My family and I spent some incredible days there. We'll be back for sure.

The house is very nice, comfortable and the place is safe and private. Especially close to the beach. Ivan was very attentive, and he responded quickly to messages. I'm glad there was flexibility in the Cheking. The apartment is very clean. I recommend it.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. Excellent place, 100% recommended. Everything matched exactly with what was published and it was an excellent family time.

The accommodation was in excellent condition, they were very kind in showing us places to eat out, the facilities such as swimming pools, gym were as described, very good service, we definitely recommend it and would return.

We loved our stay at Leonardo's place. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus. He let us check in early and leave late. EXCELLENT commission, great location. Beds were very firm, which we liked. Incredibly safe location with 24 hour security. $5 and 10 minute taxi ride into Manta. Highly recommended.
