Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

This place was beautiful. I went out there with a group and I had the best room of the bunch of us. If you are a foreigner, make sure that you have a local guide with a number you can use or get a local sim card number for your stay. Honestly, This was an amazing escape from the concrete jungle of Manila, and Audrey made it so easy, comfortable, and affordable. 100% would book this room again.

Emily’s listing is truly a hole in the wall. Best for family and barkada accommodation since you’ll never get tired of having something to bond over.

My family and I absolutely LOVED this place. We’ve been going to Pico de Loro for years and we have tried airbnbs on all of the residential buildings in the area and even the loft room and regular rooms in Pico Hotel, but Ryan’s place is the BEST. The unit itself is beautiful, with an excellent view and there are board games to keep us busy when we’re not hanging out at the beach. What we first noticed when we walked in is that the unit smells great and you really feel like they thoroughly cleaned the place. The unit is also well equipped with cooking necessities and dining utensils. Caretaker was also responsive to my inquiries. Will probably stay here again when we decide to go back to Pico :) Thank you so much! We had a great time!

10/10 – Would definitely book again with friends! We chose this property because we were looking for a private and cozy spot to celebrate and unwind and it did not disappoint! The place is spacious, homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Miss Ana was such a thoughtful host. She even welcomed us with a sweet gesture: fresh pineapples and bananas waiting for us when we arrived! There’s convenient parking just outside the property, which was super important for us. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided - just one less thing to worry about. We spent the night playing music, singing our hearts out on karaoke, and exchanging stories till the early hours. While there’s no aircon in the living room, we simply opened the doors of the two bedrooms with AC units and let the cool air flow - it worked like a charm!
