Our stay was perfect for our need - attendance at a two day conference. The apt was spotless and comfortable. Only a mildly noisy - probably students - neighbor next door but sound diminished immediately when I knocked on bedroom wall :-) at 11pm.

"Best value in Midtown!" really was a good value and worked well as a stop on our road trip to visit family in the Sacramento area. I always marvel at this beautiful tree-lined neighborhood with older homes and interesting restaurants. Temple Coffee, one of the city's best, is a short walk from the unit so if you're a big coffee person like me this is a good location. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable. Alex was a great host, on hand if we had any questions but otherwise discreet. The carport is also a plus but not recommended for oversized vehicles - our Nissan Sentra was a snug fit.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Sacramento! The house was exactly as described, and easy to find and check into. Upon arrival, we found a welcoming home with everything we needed to make our stay great. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are plenty of great food and drink spots in the area- there's even a market across the street if you need any last minute supplies! We definitely recommend booking here whenever you plan on visiting Sacramento 😊

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

We loved our month long stay at Monica's and would definitely consider staying there again when we are in the area! Monica's home is roomy and well appointed. Sofa was comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. Plenty of hot water. The back yard is really very nice and comfortable! We loved being able to walk in the park that is very nearby. We can highly recommend staying at Monica's if you're in the Sacramento area!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Marilyn's rental was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at UC Davis. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a full sized well stocked kitchen and a nice hang out space in the living/dining area. The house is super cute and cozy, and the location is unbeatable right near the farmer's market, downtown Davis and the university. We would 100% stay again.

The space itself was perfect for us, and the location was great for skiing at Palisades. Honestly may make this place a regular spot for summer and winter Tahoe trips. Highly recommend.

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

We had a fantastic trip and the condo has one of the best locations in the village, being a very short walk to the funitel and right in the middle of the all of the restaurants. I really appreciated how clear the instructions were for asking everything (initial keycard pickup, parking pass, ski locker combo).
