The Elqui valley and this cabin are unique and very special. The property is beautiful and sits near the river. It is very private and the stars at night are amazing. The cabin is really nice and comfortable and has everything you need and ver clean. Great bed, bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, and a lovely porch. Lovely to sit there in the late afternoon and watch the sun and shadows on the mountains. Sandra and Jorge are wonderful and gracious hosts. We also spent time with there son, Christian, who took us to a Pisco distillery and a fantastic winery up the canyon. This is a place we will come back to someday. Really special. The property sits on a couple acres. They have a friendly cat and two dogs that come by to visit when you are on the porch. They are delightful. Duffy does talk to his neighbor dog friends ometimes in the morning. Recommend having a car for sure. Don't pass it by.

This was probably one of our top favorite places we stayed after traveling Chile for 6 weeks. Pisco Elqui in general was just such a fun place to stay but the location of the Airbnb was absolutely perfect. We could walk to the vineyards and easily drive to more places. More than that we just loved being at the house. It was so unique and had many personal touches. The kitchen and fridge were huge. The backyard was the perfect little private outdoor area. We spent New Years here and the neighbor had just a few fireworks but the were right over the sky in the backyard and it was beautiful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

A real green paradise between the barren, dry mountains of the spectacular valley. Stream flows over the property and spectacular roof terrace (however, due to sun only usable in the morning & from early afternoon). During the day you can sit in the shady garden (or hang in a hammock under vines). Even with a workplace in the bedroom. Very close to nature, very idyllic. We extended our stay a bit and will be happy to come back!
