wonderful spent pr days, after my work.... quiet space in short comfortable;).... unfortunately little of the environment seen, due to my work. I'm still curious about that

We used that accommodation for a very much needed night rest. It was quietly calm and the back yard was perfect to rest & unwind!

Very well furnished studio, peaceful, quiet place. Very nice bedding. Margreet left us small gifts like small chocolates for Easter, small beers and enough coffee pods for our stay, it's very nice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing

We had a lovely stay at Melina & Rick's apartment! The apartment is lovely furnished, cozy and clean. The location is very quiet, although you are only a 1 minute walk from downtown! It is also only a few steps to the water, with a good way to take a nice walk! Communication with Melina & Rick was great and we got a direct response to everything!

First-class, super well-maintained and super clean place!! It is extremely beautiful and we had a wonderful time there. Unfortunately, we ruined a pot while cooking on the last night. The hosts were generous with the settlement and waived the damage! Many, many thanks again for that! Highly recommended to book here! No criticism. It was perfect all around!

Brigitte and Rob have it super well together! This quiet and beautiful stay was above expectations for us. We immediately felt welcome by the warm welcome we got and in this bnb you get incredibly worth your money. Everything is clean, tidy and in a super nice location with lots of nature. Communication is going great. This is an extraordinarily good airbnb! You can tell from everything that Brigitte is a host, a lot of passion and true love for the profession. We arrived for an extended weekend. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean. There is everything you need. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. We'll be very happy to come back.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Isa is a great hostess. The house is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. It is modern and also many practical things are in the house. it is very well furnished with a great garden. Everything is thought of and the surrounding area is secluded and invites you to relax. We were there with children and in addition to the play equipment in the garden there are plenty of games we had a great time!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We had a lovely stay with friends in John‘s Apartment! Whirlpool and sauna made the evenings really cozy, the house was clean and fully equipped.

Sandra and Thijs were nice hosts, who welcomed us warmly and gave nice tips for the area. The ground floor is wonderfully spacious. Upstairs is a little tighter (clearly in the listing), but turned out to be good enough for us as a group of friends of 7. We enjoyed the garden overlooking the old church and the quiet, beautiful surroundings. In short, recommended!

Very comfortable house. It is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped (even with knives that cut well). There are all kinds of cleaning products. The beds are comfortable (1.80 wide double bed and 1.60 sofa bed). It has a nice garden. There are some board games. The area is very quiet and you can take good walks. A five-minute walk away is the village where there is a supermarket, bar/restaurant, gas station, bakery and ice cream parlor. We've gotten around by car. It is 30 minutes from Uttrecht, 40 from Amsterdam, 1 hour from The Hague, 1 hour to Kröller-Müller. It is in the center of the country, very close to highways, making it easy to get around. Watch out for mosquitoes! During the day there aren't any, but we left windows open in the afternoon/evening and our house was filled with mosquitoes. If you close them in the middle of the afternoon, that's fine. Jean-Pierre is very friendly and answers questions instantly. He warned us of roadblocks and prepared a user manual with very useful information for visiting the country.

We had a great stay! The holiday home is nicely furnished and there is everything available, e.g. games, outdoor toys such as badminton rackets, table tennis gels, a drying rack for the towels... We loved the terrace to sit. We loved the tranquility on the premises. It was very warm with us, but due to the shade of the many trees it was pleasant to stay there. We thought the outdoor pool was fantastic. Very well maintained and pleasant under the trees. There is a lot to visit near the domain, so for us the location was ideal. Communication with the hosts went very smoothly.

It was a wonderful location. summer temperatures were also an advantage of course the stay was more than worth the roof terrace was lovely lots of bird sounds.
