We had a very nice weekend with 5 friends. The stay was exactly as expected and Meike and Noud were easy to reach for questions. What we found a mega plus was the 35 minute walk to the center. An easy and nice piece outside without a hassle by car. The first evening, because of the beautiful weather, we could sit outside all evening in a spacious and nice garden. All in all; super good service, a super location and a very nice stay! Everyone saved the location for a next weekend away 😊

Our kids and myself enjoyed watching the horses every day and feed the chickens, susents view are amazing and you can also spend a relaxing time in the jacuzzi! thanks so much for the hospitality l, we also got in love with the doggy ❤️

Really a very cozy and complete cottage. If necessary, there is air conditioning for warmer days, but that was not necessary yet. Also really a plus for the screens, you don't often see that in BnB's! Furthermore, a quiet cottage, beautiful places (fens etc.) nearby and plenty of choice of restaurants. Recommended.

With three friends, we lived in Leon's apartment for a weekend. The location is really fantastic, right in the shopping street and everything you want next door (parking garage, supermarket, shops and restaurants). The apartment is clean, cozily furnished and has two bedrooms with nice beds. Leon received us kindly and gave good tips and clear instructions. He even had a fruit basket ready. It can be a bit noisy (people who talk on the street in the evening/at night), but Leon had earplugs ready for this. You will hear something, but we have not been bothered by this and slept wonderfully. The earplugs were not necessary. If you want a cozy weekend in Nijmegen for shopping, drinks and eating out, this is really the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed it. Thanks Leon!

Very nice accommodation, quiet, 15-minute walk to the center and 30-minute walk to the train station (choose the route that passes near the beguinage to stroll there if you have a little time). A washcloth is provided (important for a French person!!) Perfect communication for getting access. A slightly steep staircase to get into the home. Very satisfactory value for money for Belgium.

We were warmly welcomed by Kim! The house is great so you walk right from the house into nature. During our week-long stay, we were always able to take several walks. Kim has put together a beautiful book with many attractions. Wonderfully quiet! Good living space with a sitting area and the spacious dining table as in the pictures.
