Vacation rentals with a patio in ECR Beach

Amrutha and Vishwajith were extremely helpful and responsive. The few times we needed assistance they promptly provided answers or personally showed up to sort it out. The apartment is in a great location on a quiet street. The only peeve, if any, is the address doesn’t seem to match with the one shown on the building. You have to follow the instructions given in the listing to get to it. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back!

we stayed here for 5 days. the host is very friendly and responsive. We made the checkin at 4:30 AM. checkin was very smooth. The place is great. My Mom and Dad felt just like home. We would definately come back. Thanks Joan for your assistance. See you.

Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

The place was pretty decent. Comfortable and has all the amenities. The hosts are very responsive and tend to our converns immediately.

Gowri is an amazing host. From check in Rk check out and any requirements she is always there is help us out. Property is top notch, good location, very clean. I would highly recommend her property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time. This was a longer stay--over two weeks--so my needs were a little different in some ways, but my hosts were very responsive. If I ran out of something or had an unusual need, they were quick to supply it. Coming from the States, this was a great opportunity for me to just be there in Anna Nagar and get a nice feel for the area.

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

that was a perfect weekend getaway one could ever ask for. it is worth giving 10/10 for the facilities, cleanliness they provided. will recommend it for a group of friends or family. finally, it was perfect, i mean all perfect! ❤️

Very well maintained, what you see on the website is exactly what you get . Clear instructions from hosts on how to enter , etc. Will surely go here again on my next visit

We had a delightful stay in a truly beautiful place. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The pool, while lovely, wasn't private, and we weren't informed about the requirement for swimming caps, preventing us from using it. Additionally, we couldn't enjoy the pool table as we were asked to bring our own cues. Overall, despite these minor issues, the experience was positive.

Spacious apartment with nice views from balcony and bedroom. Great swimming pool, very close to the mall and shops and restaurants. Kids play area was nice to have. Highly recommend this place.
