Take a break and enjoy the tranquility of scenic surroundings close to Gudenåen. The house oozes simplicity and relaxation, and is right for you, who weigh more than luxury. The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Relax with the whole family in this serene home. Large lovely outdoor spa for those in need of relaxation. Lounge furniture on the terrace with really cozy outside fireplace in the corner of the terrace. After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light up the Fire Oven in the living room and relax on the big soft couch. There is a swing stand at the bottom of the garden. Bonfire place is also available in the garden. Covered entrance. And a covered terrace where there is a gas grill, and a charcoal grill.

In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a man and a half bed. The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fjellerup is a sought-after summer retreat with many options. Within 2 km we have Dagli 'Brugs, bakery, thrift store, restaurants, two ice houses, large playground (200 meters), pizzeria, mini golf and very best the family friendly beach. We are in the middle of Djursland's lovely nature with opportunities for bike, running and hiking. Lübker golf resort and Djurs Summerland are 10 km away. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a lovely terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy the holidays here!

Cozy A house by Sminge lake with sauna.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
