Vacation rentals with a patio in East Riding of Yorkshire

Myeslf, my wife and 3 kids(10,8 & 3) stopped here for two nights and were very happy with the accommodation The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning being right on the seafront. Its a great location with the harbour only 5 minutes walk away too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Self check-in was easy, and the location itself was perfectly convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and I feel quite comfortable recommending this stay to anyone!

We loved Hedgehog Annexe. It was easy to find and had everything we needed. Very clean, generous welcome food stuff and fabulous facilities for self catering. Easy walk to bus stop to York and to our family in Haxby. Lovely to have an outside area to sit and eat too. Thank you. We would love to return soon.

Great property in a great location - very helpful and friendly host - delicious homemade cakes provided.

The flat was easy to find and free parking very close. flat is enormous outdoor space plus loads of windows make it light and airy. A few extra instructions on use of oven needed plus essential to get a toaster.

Sheila was so welcoming when we got to her place. The farm was a beautiful gem nestled in the Yorkshire countryside and we had no problem navigating getting from and back into York. The guest house was lovely and had everything we need. I would recommend this place to anyone who had mobility issues as everything is ground-floor and there is a large bath and shower cubicle.

my daughter, son in law and grandchildren have just got back from a wonderful stay. Sasha's home is spotless and an absolute gem. ( the photos dont do it justice apparently) her hospitality, the cleanliness, eye for detail and all the little extras she provided made their stay absolutely perfect. they can't wait to go back again next year.

This is a lovely, homely Airbnb with a beautiful sunny courtyard garden. The walk into town is about 15-30 minutes ( depending on which part) along riverside walk. We also walked to York racecourse for Parkrun. Quiet location with on street parking.

My wife and I along with our dog have just spent 2 nights in Hornsea at Julie’s property. This is a lovely home and Julie has to be commended for attention to detail and how spotlessly clean it is. So kind of you Julie to provide items such as wine , beer , milk and breakfast pastries. I would highly recommend this home for people to stay in and use as a base to explore Hornsea and the wider area. If you like beach walking Fraisthorpe beach which was recommended to us by Julie is superb, miles of sandy beach with no dog restrictions. Thanks again Julie for all of your help , nothing was ever too much trouble. First class all round !!

The place was clean and well cared for. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again!

The house is fantastic, I'd say the photos don't do it justice. There were 8 in our party but there was more than enough space for everyone. Caroline was a great host from the moment we placed the booking giving us all the information we needed and always answered any questions within minutes. Caroline even told us when the house was available for us to check in which was a couple of hours before the check in time stated which was very nice. The hot tub was also a nice extra to relax in after walking around through the day, this was our first time in Hornsea but we'll be visiting again and hopefully we'll be able to book Milton House again, thanks again Catherine.

We stayed at Alexander House as part of my father's 80th birthday celebrations. There were 9 of us in total with ages ranging from 10 through to nearly 80! There was enough room for everyone to have some private space so you didn't feel you were on top of one another and the 5 bathrooms made mornings so much easier. The games room was brilliant and the added bonus of the pool table converting into a table tennis table pleased my 10 year old daughter. The hamper received on arrival was a lovely touch and the basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee capsules and olive oil were brilliant. As were the 2 toilet rolls per bathroom - it's always frustrating how some rental properties leave the bear minimum so you need to rush out and do a shop for essentials. We actually ordered an Ocado delivery which worked really well and was so easy. On a map the house looks to be a bit of a distance from the City Centre but in reality it's very close. Highly recommend.

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Excellent, situated on a very quiet street well within easy walking distance of central York and , for our visit, within walking distance of the University campus. The house was decorated beautifully and was immaculate top to bottom. Although we had only one car there is off the street parking for two. Thoughtful additions like good fluffy towels, soaps, comfy beds, a well kitted kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and a lovely garden should you have time to relax. We could not fault it, one of the freshest, cleanest and tidiest places we have ever encountered. 5 stars and 5 happy smiling guests.

We booked this accommodation for 4 international disabled pool players attending Bridlington spa for the nations cup 3 of us use a walking aid and not the best with steps but we got on ok with moving about compared to another local apartment from our stay last year that had lots of steps , this years place was very big living space , beds were great , good cooking equipment and both bathrooms are prefect fact downstairs shower is amazing didn’t want to leave lol , the only thing I would say is that the blinds let a lot of light in at night in the bedrooms but not a big issue as we were all knackered each day from playing pool so slept like a babies , great communication with host cannot fault it best air bnb booking in a long time, we will definitely be back Thanks for a great stay Kenny,Andy ,Michael , James and jonathan

The place was spotlessly clean. It was easy to find and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Jason was helpful throughout. I would go back.

Highly recommended! We loved this place. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed. The location is fantastic.

The biggest plus with the property is the location and the private parking space. It is a short walk from the centre of York and all the attractions. The accommodation is clean and has everything that is required.

Wonderful apartment and Rebecca was fab. There wasn’t much to ask but when I did she responded within a few minutes. Stunning apartment with everything you could ask for including location and views of the York Minster. We will be back !

We had a fantastic visit and Eleanor went above and beyond for us! The location was ideal and so peaceful. I was very impressed with all the delicious extras Eleanor threw in for us and the facilities were fantastic. Thankyou so much for such an amazing experience in York made extra special by Eleanor!

We loved how Tracy's place is walkable from the train station as well as the sights in York. Modern, clean, stylish interior-loved the rain shower in bath. Great decor/artwork. Comfortable beds, nice terrace, responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
