Cabin vacation rentals in Dovestone Reservoir

Beautiful clean place. The hot tub is the highlight with no one overlooking you whilst you relax. When we arrived we did find it difficult to find on the site however there were friendly people around that helped direct us. The site itself was very quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy once we found the van. We were able to have a uber eats delivered to the sight. Would definitely stay again as a reasonable price which also includes a hot tub.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

The pod was stunning. Such a beautiful location and Katie was so friendly and helpful. It was a great way to spend my birthday celebrations with my partner! I would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Me & my partner stayed here for 2 nights in December for the new year. We had the most amazing stay, on arrival Sam showed us to our cabin and showed us how all of the amenities worked including the hot tub, smart TV. The area is beautiful - there is a lot of restaurants within the area that are accessible by car, it’s also around a 30 minute drive to Chester centre where we spent the day and loved it. The site is so peaceful and quiet and is a great place to go to relax. We absolutely loved our stay, we were sad to leave and already cannot wait to book our next stay! Thank you so much for an amazing couple of days 🌳💚

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

Sad to say that we came back yesterday from what was an amazing, peaceful, lovely birthday weekend away here. It was just what we needed. The Look out is the most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. There is everything that you will need in the kitchen. The bath, wow that is something else. It’s huge!!! The whole cabin is just so aesthetic and beautiful. We never wanted to come home.

So nice and relaxed stay, looking to visit again.

We stayed just for one night and it was perfect for our needs - a really lovely stable renovation with beautiful views from all windows. We enjoyed walking our dog up in the woods. Everything we needed for a lovely stay - would definitely go back.

We came here for two nights local to our family for a big get together on our way north, and found it perfect for two nights. Comfortable bed, good little shower, very generous welcome pack which was great after a long journey. Our dogs enjoyed the walks and can recommend the Leather’s Smithy for lovely food

A beautiful, peaceful location. The lodge was spotless and well equipped. The location is a great central point from which to explore the local area. We will definitely be back!

The hosts were extremely welcoming, the lodge was very modern and was spotless, the bar on site was a great addition to the site. The hot tub was fantastic but would have been handy to have shelter over it so we can use it when it is raining. But I would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious trip away. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Had a lovely weekend stay at the hobbit. Great facilities,lovely and clean. Fab hosts. Extra special touch of hamper gifts and flowers. Lots of useful local information. Very pet friendly. Had a nice swim in the pool. Would recommend and return. Clare Paul and Ollie

we had a fantastic stay at the Lodge. beautiful Lodge and location. the host was brilliant with responses, sharing walks for the dog. the welcoming package was a lovely gesture. place was immaculate. bed was really comfy and had everything we needed. would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. thank you

A lovely couple of nights away. Great walks from the cabin and Marsden had some good pubs and food options. Lots closed on Tuesdays though. We walked to Slaithwaite along the canal and to Stanedge the other way. Had some good weather too. Barely the cockapoo loved her stay too. Thanks to Lesley for checking in on us.

A lovely place in an amazing location. It was super clean and felt new. We had everything that we needed and Sara-Jane provided some lovely touches , including an Easter egg for my son, which he was delighted with. Highly recommended.

We travelled by train to Hope. Little Croft was easy to find from the train station and a short walk from the centre of Hope village. The accommodation has everything you need for a short stay, is beautifully decorated and the view that you wake up to is gorgeous. Kate is a lovely host. Definitely recommend as a place to stay whilst exploring the Peak district :)

I just stayed at Lucy’s place for one night. I got clear instructions before arriving, including some clips to show me how to get in. I was arriving late and Lucy had the lights and heating on, which was a lovely welcome. The cabin is cute, cosy, clean and spacious. The toilet is down the garden, so be prepared to nip outside if you need to use it. I possibly could have showered in the house but needed to do so first thing in the morning when it wasn’t appropriate for Lucy and her family, so that wasn’t an option. It was so quiet overnight. Lucy was really good at communicating with me and was really responsive.

Lovely accommodation, cosy and welcoming. Beds, sheets, duvets very comfortable and excellent quality. Very, very clean which is always so nice for guests. The farm was peaceful and relaxing with all the animals around. Julie was lovely and so helpful. Excellent positioning for our visit. thanks

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lodge, it way out done the photos. So modern and so big! Hoping next time we stay we get better weather so we can enjoy the amazing outside area. It has everything you need and few extra treats left by Gareth The park is quiet with beautiful views of the lake the small town of winsford is a short walk away great location for days out Gareth was a wonderful host so helpful and great communication We will definitely be staying again we can’t wait!

Paul’s place is exactly as he advertises, a fun and comfortable man cave (though women are allowed too!). The pull-out bed was comfortable for my gf and me. The place was clean, the TV was big, the underfloor heating worked, and most importantly for us, we were able to bring our dog with us. Not many other places in Sheffield let you do that, so it was a perfect place for our stay.

The cabin was lovely and cosy and in a beautiful location. Stunning views and so peaceful. Sat on the patio with a coffee in the morning listening to the birds incredible. The log fire made the evenings in the cabin lovely and cosy.

Our girls trip to the Cow Shed was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t recommend the host or her property more! The location was private, peaceful and had amazing scenery. The cabin was clean, with all stated amenities and included a lovely book of recommendations. Fantastic value for money! Don’t hesitate to book :)

Beautiful stay on edge of Delamere forest that is wheelchair accessible. Can't ask for more when staying in the area. Loved the high ceilings and the peaceful view of the forest from the lounge. Nice to have space and stay as a family with full wheelchair access.
