Had a lovely stay in As Sifah at Sara’s place. Enjoyed the beach front house thoroughly with peace and quiet around. The house was very clean and spacious, and we felt really at home there. Sara was available and proactive in her contact, recommended restaurants and activities, as well as checking up on us. 10/10 would recommend if you consider a few days away from Muscat to enjoy serenity and beautiful environment Al Sifah has to offer!

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

I recently stayed at this villa for three nights with my three young children and a baby, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience. The villa is beautifully maintained and located in a stunning spot, right in the middle of the mountains with breathtaking views. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. He was always in good contact with us, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay even more comfortable. The villa itself is in excellent condition, very clean, and equipped with everything you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, which was a real highlight, especially with the amazing mountain scenery all around. We came mainly for peace and quiet, and this villa offered exactly that. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also explored some restaurants nearby and enjoyed some great meals. We were in a relationship (my wife and I). We were visiting for our road trip to Oman, so we opted for this beautiful villa where we spent an afternoon and one night! The instructions given by Khulood were very clear, with keys in a secure box. He was very available by message, responsive and attentive. I thank him for his professionalism. When we arrived, the house was clean, in perfect condition and ready to welcome us. We were able to enjoy the pool that the place offered, and it was great with a water temperature that was suitable. There is also a special location to park your car in the garden. All amenities were as pictured! I highly recommend it and will happily go back!
