The communication went great and was proactive. All questions were answered super quickly. A very, very nice host. The place was exactly as described, everything you needed was there. Great communication and service! I had accidentally put 1 guest while we were family and immediately she prepared the room and it was ready earlier than expected. The location was a 5 minute drive from the center but it was no problem as there is very large parking in the center of Kastoria.

Clean, comfortable, next to a supermarket and grill. Within a two-minute walk is the Hatzikosta Hospital,comfortable parking under the house. Great job!

The house was cozy, cozy with large spaces ideal for a family with a child and a pet. A 2 minute walk to the pain reliever (important when you have a dog) the playground and the city center. Mrs. Sotiria was very helpful. We'll definitely go over it again on the next walk in the heart.

Elena’s place was amazing! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in the center of Ioannina. ALOT of restaurants and bars that are walking distance!

Spacious, bright, tastefully equipped with love and spotless without any exaggeration PENTAKATHARO!!! Thoughtful attention to all details with lots of amenities. Great lake views , lively but not noisy location with easy parking and walking distance to everything in the city!!! It surpassed all expectations! The hosts Nick and Konstantina were very friendly and responsive!! We would 100% recommend this property and plan to return. Congratulations to the delightful hosts!

We had a really great stay at Soustas apartments. A two minute easy walk to centre of Loggos, almost next door to the supermarket so very very convenient. Clean, comfortable and the perfect base. Highly recommend! Thank you to all at Soustas!

I read some bad reviews on other platforms but the truth is it's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. A few meters from the main street, but very quiet at night. The beach is also accessible on foot, but it's not too nice. A few things to improve, like mosquito nets. There are some to remove and put, but mosquitoes hang. Luckily there are many shops in the area to buy repellent, at a reasonable price. The single beds are very small and quite uncomfortable. And the rooms aren't too big, but the pool and bar are a plus. Very good value for the price in general.

We really enjoyed our stay in the very quiet, spacious flat, only half a minute's walk from the port and close to the supermarket. The three balconies were a real plus and the peace and quiet was wonderful. We only needed the air conditioning at night and it worked perfectly with a minimum of noise which was not disturbing (which is rare in my experience!). Having the pool to ourselves was an unexpected bonus! The kitchen has a handy mini-dishwasher. The bathroom is rather basic and difficult to keep dry while showering, but that did not outweigh the benefits of this flat. Sia is a very friendly and generous host who made our stay very pleasant!

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

We have been at the resort for two weeks, and it has been a wonderful vacation. Nice resort, incredibly friendly people who stole our heart. Fanys' parents can cook deliciously and get many of the ingredients from their own vegetable garden. Lots of fun things done within the area: horseback riding, scooters rented, snorkeled, lots of sums in the beautiful sea. The beautiful coastal road between corfu city and Alykes beach is recommended to follow by scooter and stop here and there at a beautiful beach or a beautiful tavern. In short: highly recommended!
