Vacation rentals in Dalston

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely house. The location is nice & quiet & perfect for walking in the surrounding area & for the village pubs, shops etc. The house is very clean, comfortable & warm & is well kitted out with everything you need. Lovely bathrooms with good showers. Thanks Brad & Sue!

Louise & Allan we’re great host who were responsive helpful. The house was as described, clean and functional, close to both village centre and nature just behind the house.I would warmly recommend their house and their hosting to anyone.

Had a fabulous 2 nights at the cottage with my Mum. The cottage was cosy, warm and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking a meal in one night and the other we drove 5 minutes to the local pub which served great food. We enjoyed 2 days hiking, the location was perfect for us. Coming back to a hot tub was the best feeling when you legs and feet are aching! The cottage it surrounded by fields and sheep, it was absolutely stunning. Amy was really helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The farmhouse was beautiful, with a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was very relaxing. Will deffinately stay again.

Amazing place with awesome hosts. Mark and Deborah. They were great with communication, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. My family and I had an amazing time at Maple leaf cottage. The house was immaculately clean and well decorated. Great access to swimming pool my kids enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely visit Maple leaf cottage again.

A great find. Beautiful rural location and very easy parking. The cottage was spacious and very comfy with all you could want for a short or long stay. I really enjoyed staying here and there were some great walks available from the front door. Penelope was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!
