The cottage is a magical place filled with loving touches such as fresh flowers and fairy lights. It feels very cosy and you instantly feel at home. The owner, Karolina, is a very kind and nice person - she made sure we had everything needed (such as groceries and tips) before we arrived. The location is one of the prettiest in this part of Czechia and easily reachable by bus from Prague. The fact that the cottage is right next to the water gives you the opportunity to fully experience Vltava and the beauty of the surrounding hills. Go if you love nature and want a slow, easy couple of days :)

The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. The house is simply magnificent, perhaps one of the most beautiful we have stayed in. Tastefully furnished, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The hot tub was helpful for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. About 30 minutes from Prague, excellent and beautiful base from which to visit the city. Super recommended

We felt very comfortable in the spacious bungalow right away. The property is completely fenced, so that our dog was also able to sniff the garden immediately and without leash. The contact with the hostess was very nice and communicative. We can very well imagine taking a longer vacation here again. The proximity to the nearest place is very convenient and activities are also possible here. The location directly on the lake is very nice, especially in good weather, because you can sit very comfortably in the garden and relax. The holiday accommodation is worth a real recommendation. Thank you for the modern, loving and comfortable furnishings.

Jana's place was amazing to relax , quiet, but also great for walking and getting to know the neighborhood. Jana and her husband are nice people and she will accommodate and give advice in everything, and they will help when you need it. Everything was great from the nice welcome , the tour to the end of the place. It's a great place, we felt right at home there. The kitchen is clean , equipped. Detailing wood , fireplace , outdoor patio so indoor. Thank you , we will definitely be back !

Just perfect for Mountainbiker and fans of the Singletrek! The cottage is big enough for 2 person, the location great. Martin is a good host, but keep in mind: communication is only possible in Czech. There is a friend who can speak an excellent german for german speaking guests.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. Communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all our questions. The lake can be reached within 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for switching off. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back :-) Thank you Petra!
