Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

Weekend too short in a spotless, very clean accommodation. Very welcoming hosts. Very quiet place, everything we love. We were with family with kids and grandchildren and the outside and games were very popular with the little ones. Equipment for our 5-month-old granddaughter available, very convenient. Flexible check-in that we enjoyed with a baby. Ah I forgot... The wood burning stove allowed us to make a little flare that we loved because we too, heat wood at home. Anyway... nothing negative. We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Apartment much bigger than the description suggests. Space, therefore, a beautiful view, a very pleasant house (building) in every way. Very good contact with the owner who facilitated our arrival as our departure. Recommended.

Just as described in the post - breathtaking views of the ocean from all the windows and the gorgeous balcony was a nice plus! We didn't really cook because there were many restaurants nearby..but the kitchen looked well equipped

We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's who hosted us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, of impeccable cleanliness and very well-equipped (nothing is missing). The apartment's comfortable exteriors offer remarkable views of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other.
