Ugly Delicious Food Tour
Do you really want to experience our local Spanish food? This is not just another classic "tapas tour". We are going above and beyond to show you the "not-so-pretty" side of Spain's delicious and traditional food! Let us guide you through the most exquisite bites of Sevilla & Andalucia cuisine accompanied by traditional beverages that you've never heard of before. Meeting point: at "Puente de Isabel II" (AKA Puente de Triana) in the churros kiosk "Los Especiales", old town side . Once we cross the river, we will begin our walk with the most trendy and traditional neighbourhood in town: Triana. We will talk about spanish gastronomy and the connection with Sevilla, because we are what we eat historically speaking too. Directly after, we will go to 2 different classic tapas bars where we will get "ugly" but delicious tapas and drinks! You will go on this walking tour accompanied by one of our local team members. You will understand more about Spanish food by the history of our products, people, wineries, processing and more. In the end, you will see how Spanish gastronomy is comprehensive, simple, and most of all, delicious. How is this different from other tapas tours? Well, that's easy! Culturally when people travel, they are not very fond of new "ugly-looking" food. However, from the very beginning, we will get you interested in it and leave loving it.

Highlights Seville Bike Tour
At our meeting point next to the Cathedral, I will show you the basic rules to ride a bike in the city of Seville, although the city has more than 500 km of bike paths, in some places we will share paths with pedestrians. Once we have adjusted the height of our seats, we will head to the Guadalquivir River where I will tell you a historical summary of the city, comment on the different civilizations that have lived in Seville, and the influence they have brought to our culture. Then, we will cycle to Maria Luisa Park where we will enjoy its gardens and the stunning Plaza de España, for me one of the best places to take photos of the city. On the second half of the tour, we will return to the historical center, where I will tell you about the peculiarities of the Real Fabrica de Tabacos and we will go to the Archivo de Indias, which has nothing to do with India, to end in front of the Alcazar and the Cathedral, where I will show you corners and secrets that you cannot miss of the two most historical monuments of the city.

Breathe for yourself while you enjoy the light
Let's take a walk on the beach at sunrise, we will do the breathing exercise I have developed for over 30 years. I will help you walk in a correct way, using the iliac psoas muscle to lift your legs and thus discover how the breathing cycle also begins, we will coordinate it with inhalation, exhalation and an apnea with empty lungs, while also counting the steps. We will perform a breathing exercise that is based on the Nisshesha Rechaka of the yogic Pranayama. or triangular breathing. The practice of walking and mindful breathing will help you live more in the real world, be in touch with the wonders of life in the present moment, so you will nourish and heal your body and mind. Dare to start the longest and most exciting journey by discovering your inner trail. To complete the experience, I'll show you a care exercise so you can project that energy in a certain direction. I hope you're excited to share my passion, which is part of my daily routine.
Legends and Mysteries - Vejer Nights
VEJER, Arab, Sephardic, white people, with history in every corner, hides many secrets, legends and mysteries. At night, among whitewashed alleys, cobbled slopes and hidden corners, the town is better seen. We will see it all as we move to times past. From the Reja de la Cueva you can see the Laguna de la Janda, where Tarik in 711 began the conquest of what would become AL-ANDHALUS. Nearby the Jewish Quarter, with its hidden Star of David engraved on the access wall to the old Mosque, today the Church of the Savior. In the Castle, horseshoe arches and alfiz Almohades from the 10th century and herringbone floors with the first bricks, water cistern and gutters, parade ground, stable. We will go up to the Torre del Mayorazgo and defense loopholes, along with an Andalusian Patio, flowers and water, of Muslim origin: "The house is the Inner Universe" The Dark Alley where Lala Al-Zhora lived, woman of the last Arab Caí of Vejer, expelled in 1298; moving to Morocco to found Chaouen. The Monument to Juan Relinque 1st Ombudsman in Spain, for deeds before King Sancho to maintain the Hazas (plots) of Luck for the People. The corners where Juan Ramón Jiménez, Alberti or Pérez Galdós quote Vejer in their most famous novels. Caves of muleteers, where some hid in the Civil War and sometimes humble families have survived
