This maisonette is really nice and is bigger than it looks. The kitchen is a great size and easily sits six at the table and the sitting room is cosy without being small. We love the location as we prefer the beach and this end of Llandudno but it only takes 15 minutes walk to get to the Pier. It's next to a shop which is very handy for most things you might need.... And a chippy! It felt very peaceful whilst we stayed there and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the house it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hayley was super helpful and responsive throughout, which made everything really easy. Thank you!

We stayed for three nights in April 2025. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities both advertised and much more. The location of the apartment was incredible and within literally a couple of minutes walking distance of the centre of town. Additionally, we had no issues with parking even though the apartment itself does not have its own space as we parked on the surrounding roads. We would definitely book again as we had a great time in a great apartment.

Due to a late arrival the hosts were very understanding and supportive. The place was exactly as described and very clean and today. It was very well located for access to the village.

Just home after a peaceful 4 nights at Lowri’s ‘Alltwen’. Lowri accommodated me at short notice, and was a friendly attentive host. I found the accommodation to be spotlessly clean, as described, and situated in a beautiful rural setting. The welcome gift of two of the most delectable homemade brownies were gratefully recieved, (and devoured). Thanks for having me!

A beautiful apartment Which catered for everything we needed plus more Unfortunately had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances and couldn’t leave the apartment as we found it for which I have had no complaints back Would love to go again

We stayed a week, but could easily have managed longer! Such a great location for exploring the north Welsh coast and into Snowdonia. the village is pretty, with good shops and restaurants as well as green spaces and access to the beach. It's right on the A55 for easy access further afield. The house itself was beautiful and very new, everything we needed was there and it was comfortable to spend time together as well as get away for some privacy. We found ourselves easily enjoying our time at home in-between busy days. The host was super responsive to messages but at the same time, not intrusive at all. We took two dogs with us which were accommodated perfectly and with the provision of a stair gate, we were able to keep them out of the bedrooms easily. I think they both lost weight from all the running around on the beach but it was their holiday as much as ours. We probably only did half the things on our 'to do' list so I wouldn't be surprised if we visit again!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

Great location, walking distance to sea front and beach. Perfect for driving around and exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. Dog friendly, beds and bowls provided. Easy to park and access property. It had everything we needed and one of the more comfortable beds we’ve had in a holiday property! Very happy with it and had a great short break!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very accessible to walk to the beach and to local shops. We had a Sunday roast at The Toad which was less than a 5 minute walk away and a few drinks at The Ink. Check-in was so straightforward with very clear instructions to follow. The apartment was clean, well equipped and maintained nicely. We even cooked in the apartment and didn’t feel like the kitchen was missing anything. The road noise was a slight issue as the buses start fairly early but it just meant we were up and out exploring what Conwy has to offer. Thank you for having us :)

Lovely and cozy and brilliant day would stay there again in a heartbeat also really close to the town centre and the seafront. Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in Llandudno. I would highly recommend staying in this accommodation. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and Mandy is a very helpful host. It is ideally situated in the centre of town and there is lots of free parking close by. Check in is from 3.00 but Mandy kindly let us drop off our luggage before this time. You can drop off luggage directly outside the cottage. For those that are thinking of fishing, there is no fishing off the pier and there are no tackle shops in Llandudno but we did find a fishmongers that sold bate, Mermaid Seafoods. I would definitely stay in this accommodation again. Thank you Julie

We had a lovely stay at Alfred and Dora’s place in Colwyn Bay. There was plenty of space for the four of us and our dog to relax and feel at home. The accommodation was good value for money and made a perfect base for exploring the beautiful nearby areas like Conwy and Rhos-on-Sea. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway in North Wales!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Ben’s apartment. It’s in a great location. We found parking easy enough on the side road. Flat has everything you could need with the Kitchen being well equipped. Good sized rooms and more spacious than expected. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, Lovely place to visit! Was nice & quiet when we were there, Any issues and Denise was very quick to respond and really helpful. Beds were comfy, Everything was clean, kitchen has all your cooking facilities although we chose to eat out and order takeaway. There's lots to do not too far away, one day we went to beaumaris and another we went to gypsy wood both within half an hour away. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property matched the description and check in process was very easy. The highlight was the lovely views from the kitchen and dining room! Overall, it is a great place to relax or unwind for a few days. We would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back
