The apartment, although functional, is spacious and bright. It has a huge placard where you can leave all your luggage and optimize the space. The bathroom is very comfortable, of good dimensions, and a balcony that invited to be used. The bed is very comfortable, excellent internet connection and a good size Smart TV. It faces the front, so it is very quiet to rest. The location is close to major transportation, shopping and dining venues, and theater rooms. It has a supermarket on the corner. I have to admit that I do not cook, so I do not evaluate that aspect. I consider the accommodation to be an unbeatable option for short stays, with an excellent location, and a very good degree of comfort, and that I would return without hesitation. Thank you to the host for always being attentive.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

I had an amazing stay at this two level loft in Colegiales. The space was well decorated, clean and with all the necessary kitchen tools. The neighborhood was fantastic with plenty of grocery stores and trendy restaurants a short walk away. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location!! love the place. However, you do have to be careful with the stairs, up to the apartment is very narrow and the one inside has no railings. it's a great place but a little hard for an elderly person who's a bit weak with stairs. Hope to come back soon on a mini honeymoon !! Thank you, Valentine
