Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Commewijne District

This home offers a large space perfect for a family. I was there by myself, so enjoyed the peace and space to relax. The location is walkable to many sites I wanted to visit and very secure behind a high security fence and bars. Note there is only AC in the bedrooms and I ran it only at night to save electricity. Keeping many doors and windows open during the day brought through a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and I used it every day to make my breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Paramaribo. Thanks Roxane!

Great location. Very spacious with all the necessities. Pool was a hit with the kids. Keep in mind it was pretty easy to go over the included electricity. However, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as it appeared. Great location. Walkable to many destinations. Hosts were attentive, proactive and very responsive. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this house for a stay in Paramaribo!

Frankly the place was as shown in the pictures! We were a group of 5 people and there were 4 bedrooms: 2 suites, 2 single bedrooms! Everything was provided… I've rarely seen such a welcoming AirBnB! She made us dream! Thanks again… we'll be back! Hotels are a thing of the past 😂

We stayed at Joyce and Dick's place for a total of 10 days. What a lovely house. It is large, clean and it has a blissful garden. With bikes, so we could go to Peperpot by bike. In short, this house is recommended

Fraenk's home is an oasis of peace, in which it is wonderful to recover from all the impressions that the visitor gains in Suriname, or to use as a base for more entrepreneurs. Located within the gated community Palm Village, Fraenk's house at the front offers a beautiful view of the lake and to the back of the canal with the meadows, lined with forest. A picture! In the back, it is nice to spend time in the well-maintained garden where sun loungers will soon come on fine sand, and you are already sitting under a palm. The bedrooms are spacious, bright and clean, with pleasant sink and well lit mirror, and air conditioning. Luxury! The bathroom is comfortable, and there is a top loader washing machine to use: convenient and eco-friendly. You'll feel safe within the Palm Village community, where people know each other well, but don't flatter the door together. Just an ideal place and Frank: to us you are a super host!

**Great stay with Ivonne and Robbert!** We enjoyed 11 days in the beautiful house *Jade*. Ivonne and Robbert were great hosts: welcoming, attentive and always available. The house is spacious, sparkling clean and stylishly furnished, with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom with hot water was a pleasure! The 8 dogs took some getting used to, but very sweet. Although we were little by the river, we enjoyed from the kitchen bar of nature: we saw birds, monkeys and even a sloth! The busy road sometimes caused some noise, but the peace and beauty of the area more than made up for it. A fantastic place with top hosts – 10/10, absolutely recommended!

Together with my 2-year-old daughter, I had a very nice stay in studio 1 It was the smallest studio but with its tween more than enough. It was very clean and tidy and equipped with all comforts We really felt at home the last 2 weeks my daughter really enjoyed it and was able to run around and play had a small inflatable bath with which she could cool off nicely It was just a really nice stay Mireille is very friendly also the people who are in front of the yard. You can easily do your laundry, there is a mini supermarket practically across the street.. there is dining within walking distance and you can easily have food delivered via the app. The city is close! It is a top location we will definitely come back again

Miss Lillian was an awesome host provided fòod for us because our journey was extremely long. We were driving from Guyana to Suriname and had a delay at the ferry. Also she gave us recommendations and fou d alternative activities for my children when we couldn't confirmnif the zoo was opened on New year's day. My stay was awesome definitely go again

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walking distance from both Palmentuin and Waterkant, two of the most popular tourist areas in the city. It’s incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. One feature I especially appreciated was the remote-controlled fence around the property, which made us feel secure and added an extra layer of privacy. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the people staying on the same property. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home, which added so much to the overall positive experience. Jeroen, the host, was also exceptional. He was very responsive, accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay with Louis. We further picked up from the airport and brought to the accommodation. It was a beautiful place, even more beautiful than we expected based on the pictures. It was a very spacious apartment, with all the comforts. Wonderful beds and a small kitchen with all necessary appliances. The apartment was modern and cozy. The pool was beautiful and lovely to cool off every day.

Extremely good price-quality ratio. The apartment is in a quiet, secure neighborhood. By taxi or private transport you are quickly in the city center. The house is luxurious, spacious and very comfortable due to all amenities.
