This is my second time staying here and I just love it. the place is so we'll kept and clean and perched up on hill looking over the town and lake. This is a GREAT spot to consider your own for your trip to Penticton. Love everything about it.

This is our second time staying here and it worked great for us! Patricia clearly puts a lot of thought into providing a welcoming space and it's a pleasure to stay here. We're in a different situation than most in that we live in the neighborhood and were staying here while our only bathroom was being worked on, so I can't comment on the experience from someone visiting Portland. This is our preferred place to stay at when having work done on our house.

Can’t say enough about Margaret and her friend (dog sitter/house sitter) Jocelyn. This was a 24 hour notice ask for a family health emergency (traveling Boston to Abbotsford) …..they said yes and we had a place to stay! Margaret was away but Jocelyn stepped up! We checked in, met dogs, all was good! Place was in a family neighborhood, safe. It had all the comforts of a small apartment, all clean. Can’t thank them enough during a stressful situation, stay there for good people (dogs!) and great price point! Thanks again! T&C

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in Victoria for a swim competition so the place was a few minutes away from the pool. I was able to run on the trails around Elk lake wish is also very close. The place was very clean and quiet. I will definitely recommend it for a family as they’re 2 separate rooms.

quiet , quaint, private and your own personal getaway. wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the sauna , hottub and huge bathtub. I had alot of activities prior to finally being able to settle in and relax. the outdoor setting was so peaceful and loved the little lights and i can tell how thought out all the details were to make the place a special place away from home.

We felt right at home, we are in our 30’s and raised countryside, believe me when I say we were cozy, well slept and was the best place for us to sleep peacefully and comfortable before a huge morning exam (I passed) . We felt right at home and this place had much to do with it, I got to pet a hen! There is a mini homestead and a series of vibrants Bonsai, we got visited twice by a hummingbird! Also you should choose a book to read from, while you relax or watch the sunrise with a good variety of teas and lovely cups. Amazing gem.

We stayed at Anne’s for a month and couldn’t recommend it more! The property is beautiful and unique, we felt right at home. It was a perfect way to view Vancouver for the first time and in a pretty convenient location. Anne is the most lovely and helpful host with lots of recommendations and advice about the local area. We highly recommend this property to stay and we hope to come back again soon!

This was a lovely basement apartment attached to a large new house, and it was a perfect stay for me and our two kids - large living area, two good sized bedrooms and very close to all of the shops and restaurants of Delta / Surrey. The price was excellent too.

Bev’s place was lovely and perfect for our needs! She is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay with her again!
