Vacation rentals with beach access in Colac Otway Shire

Sea Breeze was a fantastic little apartment in a quiet complex. We loved how close it was to the beach and the main street of town with restaurants and shopping galore. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, was stylishly decorated and had very comfy beds. Bernadette was a super friendly host and gave us very clear instructions on how to get there and check in. We loved the apartment and would highly recommend when staying in Apollo Bay.

The property was exactly as advertised during my stay! On top of this, the hosts kept us incredibly informed on how to stay safe with some of the extreme weather conditions in nearby areas. Incredible host and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Apollo Bay.

Susan’s apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our getaway. It was the perfect location, close to the shops and restaurants but off the main strip so it is not noisy. Susan was very responsive, provided lots of information and even checked in with us as soon as the power went out (for a few seconds). The early check in and late check out were a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s holiday home. The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It’s clear that Lisa takes great care and pride in the property—every little detail was thoughtfully considered. Communication was easy and friendly from the start, and we felt very welcomed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We would definitely love to return in the future!

An amazing place to stay on the Great Ocean Road. The flat had everything we needed and had an amazing view. I will 100% stay here again.

Great place for a short stay. Very clean and cozy. You can hear the ocean from the front bedroom and enjoy ocean views from the front terrace. Short 10min walk down the hill to the local beach or 4min drive to the Wye River patrolled beach and small grocery shop. Highly recommend taking drinking water though with you as there is only tank water at the accomodation available and local shop charges $5 for a 1,5l bottles.

A really cute beach shack with a magnificent view. It’s simple and comfortable and had everything we needed. Was so relaxing and cosy by the fire of an evening. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was spotless — immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery with stunning ocean views that I could enjoy from morning to night. It was the perfect blend of peace, nature, and luxury. The host was fantastic as well — communication was seamless, clear, and friendly throughout the entire process, making everything so easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

Colleen and David’s place is great. On the sea side of the hill you have a great view out the ocean from the balcony or from the lounge room. The place is as described and the pictures are correct. Colleen and David are responsive hosts. The beach is easy to walk to, use the pathway down through the garden, following the square stepping stones.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was far enough from the busy tourist strip but close enough to drive to. The property was very well maintained and we would love to return in the future!
