Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cocoa

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Anna's place was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and clean. The condo was surprisingly quiet for the location. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of downtown Orlando, great restaurants, and Publix. Short drive to the parks. We will be coming back next year!

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

Wir haben uns bei Jeff sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man kommt zum Stand und zu anderen Ausflugszielen recht zügig. Das Kennedy Space Center ist nur eine knappe Autostunde entfernt.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

We loved staying at Donna’s place. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to fix many meals easily. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Very welcoming vibe and loved the backyard where we ate several meals and just relaxed. Donna was very responsive and helpful. Loved location - we were able to walk to a park, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet but close to everything.

Definitely a perfect little home for a vacation spot! The home was very clean and cozy. I loved how it was the perfect walking distance to the beach and to other restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Staying here was truly amazing. My family was extremely comfortable. I had everything I needed to feel right at home. Laundry, waffle maker, fully stocked kitchen, board games, peace and quiet, bathrooms for each room etc. Calandra was very responsive and so courteous in our interactions. We loved our stay and look forward to more vacations in the future. For reference on travel we were 1 hr from the airport, 1hr from Disney, 2 hrs from Coco Beach, 1hr from I-drive. We did so many activities and it was so comforting to return to a safe and calming space at the end of the day. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In town less than 24 hours - place was perfect for what we needed. House was clean. bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy. TV worked. Wifi worked. Coffee and water and snacks. No complaints. TK

This was a great landing spot for our Disney adventure. We loved the fun Mickey & Minnie theme and appreciated the location which was close to WDW and Walmart for breakfast goods and sunscreen. Our host was proactive and responsive qoth communication, and flexible with checkout. We appreciated the easy checkbout process and great directions for checking in. We were excited by the resort amenities like the pool and exercise room when booking, but quickly realized after the first day at WDW that we wouldn't be able to use them. They would've been a nice break from the parks if we had a stay longer than 3 days. The value for the price was great with plenty of room for our family of 3.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

Laura tiene un espacio muy lindo, bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, lugares de entretenimiento, entre otros. Viajé con mi familia completa y algunos días tuve que cocinar pero no hubo inconvenientes, el espacio tenía los utensilios necesarios. La comunicación fue excelente, definitivamente recomiendo éste espacio.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!
