Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

It was a great stay! Very peaceful and relaxing with easy beach access. It’s a bit dated so not a place to stay if you want to have all the modern amenities but is a great setting and very relaxing.

We had a great 2 day stay. The beach access was wonderful, a short walk through the grounds and WOW you are right on the beach. NO streets to cross. The light music and small water fountains on the grounds really gave a peaceful vibe. The host has done extra so we had what we needed to be very comfortable upon arriving. We found her to be very responsive for any questions we had which is very helpful and made it stree-free!

I found them always responsive in a timely manner. After a few mishaps they wanted to make everything right and did. I definitely would make another over there. The only complaint I have was with the parking I should have made you aware that I am handicapped I use a cane and at times we couldn’t find a place to park and I had to walk a little further if I am no mistaken there is only one handicap parking place. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others

The lady running the place is a sweetheart. It was a little smaller than I thought but it was okay. Ten steps to the hot tub, 30 steps to the pool, and right on the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. Beach was not packed at all. They did have massive construction on day three which made for a long walk to the beach, but that is not the hosts fault. I burned my feet on the sand and the host and her friend brought me stuff to put on it. Very happy with my experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail—from the thoughtful decor to the well-stocked amenities. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, with clear, detailed instructions provided ahead of time. It truly felt like a home away from home. An absolutely amazing home to stay in! The rooms felt nice and comfy, with lovely decor. The rooms and appliances were extremely clean as well. Heidy is definitely a top tier Airbnb host!

Gustavo is a very generous host, and cares about you and your experience! The apartment was beautiful, with plenty of room for working from home or lounging. The private deck and seating makes for a very relaxing and private area as well. The neighborhood is safe and nice, and I would definitely recommend going to "Three Forks Marsh, Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Area," which is only 10 minutes away. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and would love to return here again in the future!

We had kids and their grandparents with us for the stay and were extremely satisfied! It’s very walkable to the beach and they provide beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfy and there are plenty of pillows. The pool and spa were clean and easy to use. We will definitely be making a repeat visit as it is within walking of two of our family friends. A few things to note- the alarm system on the house “dings” with the opening of any window or door 24/7 which can interrupt light sleeping kids. If we had to be picky: The extra room with the day bed doesn’t have a full closing door. It’s more of a privacy screen. Wish there was a cooler for beach trips and a pitcher or other drink container for making lemonade or iced tea. Host went out of her way to provide some yoga mats for us to use. They were also extremely responsive to questions during the stay. Neighborhood was great. Safe for walking and running alone in the ea

Very private with a great outside entertainment area as well as a lockup area for bikes and golf clubs. Immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place!

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

What a beautiful Sebastian home! The house was welcoming and spotless! The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you would need to cook for the family or just enjoy a meal outside on the covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the grocery store or the Sebastian waterfront restaurants. Sherry was so easy to communicate with and was very prompt with any questions. You don’t even need to bring your toothbrush! Sherry provided a tray of extra personal items in every bedroom! Little things like that make a rental stand out to me! We actually canceled a February stay at another rental and rebooked the Laconia house so obviously we would highly recommend this lovely home!

Great place in a beautiful location. Direct access to beach is a privilege. You can enjoy sunrise, heated pool and hot tub. Penny was great so don’t forget to say hi to her. She can fix any problem you have during your stay. I would definitely come back again.

A quick weekend get away that was absolutely perfect! Beautiful little cottage with a front door that leads directly to the sand!! You can’t get much better than that.

If you’re looking for a great place to relax with the family by the beach, this is your spot. The home is cozy, the complex is quiet and people are friendly. The highlight for my family was the beach being literally a 1-minute walk down the sidewalk to the sand. Great location for children who don’t care for crowds and excessive noise.

Penny the caretaker was very nice and helpful. The mgmt company was available and responsive. Pool and beach was very close. Beach itself was not busy at all and not crowded. Secluded spot.
