Private suite vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was as described. We were so close to the beach that I could hear the waves at night. We had everything that we needed; towels, cooking utensils, TV, games. There are places to sit outside in the front and back of the house, which is very nice to have when you want to enjoy the outdoors. The host was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The guest house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and while its not walking distance to the beach, there is a beautiful gated neighborhood to walk in. It's an easy 5 minute drive to at least 3 different beaches. The area is very private and comfortably upscale with beautiful sunrises over the Indian River . Helen's home is classic and beautiful. The guest house is 3 large rooms just perfect for 2, amply equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Helen as host, is just a lovely person and helpful at every turn. She recommended restaurants and things to do as well as providing great conversation and company a number of times during our stay. We had a very nice stay that was made better by Helen and all the preparation she and Charles put into the residence. I am sure we will be back next year to enjoy the comforts of home again. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful week stay! The condo was perfect. Had everything you could want and more. Great location, walkable to many restaurants, beach, and groceries. Saw 3 rocket launches. Spent much time on the balcony with the sounds of the waves. So relaxing. Pat is a great host! Thank you!

This place is amazing! We spent four nights here with our two young sons. They had a blast. The location is amazing and the price was great. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub. Also, walking to the park was such a wonderful treat. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

There was nothing about this stay that we didn’t love. Very clean, homey, affordable & the host was so quick to respond. Even left little treats for us- we didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful place close to everything in Orlando. The place was clean, in good condition, and very pleasant. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a good stay, from kitchen accessories to board games. It's clear that Antonia has thought of everything a guest might need and cares about making them feel at home. I will definitely book again and highly recommend it. Gracias!

Cristy was very nice and helped us in every way she could . The apartment was very clean but needs a little work done on it . It is in a very quiet area and there is any type of store or restaurant very close by .If you want quiet this is a very good place to stay.

Jorge’s home was very clean, easy to find, and looked exactly how it did in the photos. Jorge was also very responsive. The home is close to Disney, Universal Studios, and the airport— which was a huge plus! Would stay again and recommend to others!

Annie's Jungle Trail retreat is a very unique and private property! It is very clean, warm, and cozy, and in a great location. Annie checked in with me via text to see if everything was ok or if I needed anything. I plan on staying at Annie's on my next trip to Vero Beach. Thank you, Annie!

We had a great stay at Olivia’s place. The apartment was easy to find, very clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. It was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. Would recommend.

Anabel’s place was great, within drivable distance of the major theme parks and some great halal food at Shah’s. The place is great for 2 and the sink is not as tiny as it may appear to be in the photos!

This place was actually such a surprise! I was attending a wedding super close by and just needed somewhere to crash for the night, this was such a nice little oasis - I would absolutely come back!! Everything is brand new, super clean and anything you needed was there

Randall is great with communication, very friendly and he was very flexible with our needs. His place is perfect for two people. Had everything we needed. It is very quiet and peaceful. You need a car but many stores and coffee shops are 5 to 10 minutes away. The neighborhood feels very safe. We took a long walk around the area every day. We recommend and would definitely book again in the future if it is available.

Our stay at the Coastal Haven was extremely wonderful and by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at!! Cindy and Paul are great hosts and far exceeded our expectations in every way. Cindy is very thoughtful and took great care in making the stay extra special for us as we celebrated our Anniversary. We felt like we were staying with family! It’s a very cozy place, and we felt right at home. It’s also a close walk to the beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. Amenities were great, they even had special treats for us, and everything was very clean. We definitely will stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks so much Cindy and Paul!!!

great place to stay in Orlando really nice place, calm and quiet place full of nature 40 min from Disney and close to the main good stores around town. The place is exactly like it says with all kitchen appliances. I totally recommend Greg’s place.

Room situated in a house with its own entrance and parking place in a nice subdivision in a quiet neighborhood. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It had everything I needed for comfort. Comfortable bed, frig, small table to eat or work at, and bathroom with shower. Deb was wonderful to talk to and very gracious. She introduced herself and welcomed me to her house shortly after arriving. Very friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back if down that way again.

This is our second stay with James and looking forward to staying at his place next year when we return for festival work in his area. James stays in touch, very helpful and his place is wonderful, can't wait to return.
