Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay--you can't beat the location of this house! Having the beach so close was amazing, and we loved the rooftop deck with partial ocean view and the beautiful pool area in the backyard. We also liked how walkable the neighborhood is, with nice wide sidewalks that make it easy to share with all the folks out enjoying the sunshine. It was the perfect relaxing beach vacation!

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

Great vacation great home & perfect location

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Easy access to beach and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the pier. Great view of rocket launch from the beach. Live music at the pool on Saturday was a great bonus!

Beach Haven was a perfect house for our family getaway. Beds are very comfortable. We traveled with 2 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room. Pool and spa were very clean and so nice after a beach day. Craig was very responsive and nice to work with. Highly recommend this one and would be happy to return some time.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The house, the pool, and the beachfront location was absolutely incredible! We spent so much time on the private beach and in the pool. Lindsey was an excellent host and made sure to answer every question immediately. The house had everything we needed and the local town had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation!!

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

This was truly one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The houseboat is stunning, beautifully secluded, and came fully equipped with everything we could have asked for — including kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a grill for easy dinners. Within minutes of arriving, we spotted sea otters, and over the course of our stay, we also saw dolphins and had a manatee swim right up to my wife and kids while they were kayaking. It felt like something out of a dream. The location is perfect — just across the street from a beautiful beach where we spent hours in the water and got to watch breathtaking sunrises. Then, in the evenings, we’d relax on the back deck and watch the sunset. Natalie, the host, was absolutely amazing — incredibly thoughtful and responsive, even bringing over a Bluetooth speaker to make our stay even better. Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful townhome. Very clean and private. Close to all attractions, particularly Kennedy Space Center and the cruise ship port. Ten minutes to the Cocoa Beach Pier & restaurant. Plenty of restaurants near by. Everything you would need for the beach was provided. The Hosts were very responsive when we had to contact them. Quick communication and very friendly. Wonderful location! Loved all the amenities at Cape Winds. We thoroughly enjoyed playing Pickleball, swimming, the hot tub, and the convenience of such a short walk to the beach. Also, the bike lanes in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach made us feel safe riding our bikes. The condo is very nicely decorated and a good size for the two of us. We also were thrilled to be able to eat most of our dinners out on the patio. We very much recommend this unit to anyone who wants a great condo in a fantastic location!

The house was a great place to call home for Spring Break. We were in contact with Melissa and she was proactive in communication and very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed it everyday. And the location is one of the best parts in terms of having access to the beach. And Stephen provides everything you will need (toys, body boards, chairs, umbrella, tent, coolers) for a great day at the beach and a cart to help transport. We will definitely look to stay again.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

We had a great time at this vacation home. We planned a relaxing girls weekend and this house was perfect. All the beach toys and amenities you would need for a beach vacation. Lots of beach towels, chairs, and water toys. Kitchen was well stocked and didn't find ourselves wishing we had something. We did run out of dish clothes however a quick load of laundry and they were clean. We had a great time.

Excellent choice for vacation. House was easy to find and as pictured in listing, except for the newly updated beds in the bedrooms which were very comfortable and the new patio furniture. The place is fully furnished and we appreciated the half bath on the main level. There was ample necessities provided and all cleaning supplies. Pictures do not do the path to the beach justice, it is honestly a short walk from the deck steps. Perfect vacation location and Amy was very easy to work with.

We had a great time. Wonderful location. Beautiful, empty beach. Walking distance to cute little beach town. House, pool, and hot tub are as pictured and well maintained. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend and return.

Loved the location. A beautiful view from inside, and the back deck. Having the beach right in the backyard was a bonus. Everyone had fun playing in the water and in the sand. Host could not have been more welcoming. She was so pro-active, making it easy to access the house, letting us know amenities available, including sand toys for kids. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, private home on the beach.

We had a wonderful trip with the kids and grandparents!! Wonderful amenities and very clean! They were super responsive and kind!
