This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. The beams in the bedroom are all numbered and originate from a ship. These beams are from the 1200 century. This property is pet friendly. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown which is ideally situated only 5 minutes from Garstang which is a beautiful market town. Pub nearby

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. We're happy to be flexible and discuss any specific requirements, but rest assured there are no hidden additional charges.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life and attractions and only 50 mins to the Lake district. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.
