great place ,spanky clean apartments amd furniture also. just the climb from the main for a fwd car can be tricky so be careful not to burn your clutch there. but once youre there it just supercedes all your expectations.

Gurunathan always responds quickly to messages. His parents Lekshman and Lekshmi are sweet and kind, and they prepared typical Indian dishes for us upon request at a cheap price. Ramar, Lekshman's brother, was our trusted choffeur and has always helped us organize our days and was very comfortable getting around with him. They made us feel special, they treated us well, and we always felt safe. The house is located near the forest and has a breathtaking view of the tea plantations. You stay cool and hear the sound of nature. It's called Green Paradise and for us it was a corner of paradise in the green nature. Perfect for getting away from the chaos of cities, for mountain trekking, and visits to Munnar's botanical gardens. It's only 10 minutes from the city of Munnar, you can get around comfortably and economically in TukTuk with Ramar. Thank you so much for welcoming us so kindly and politely. Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!
