We had a fantastic stay at this spacious lake house perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. The home features a pool and a jacuzzi. Access involves navigating narrow, cliffside roads through small villages—perfect for adventurous travelers. The house spans three levels: the entry floor includes a small bedroom, a master bedroom, an outdoor bedroom, and a pool table room. One level down are three more bedrooms. The lowest level features a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large deck to enjoy the view. A well-kept path leads to the lake’s edge, where we were picked up by boat for a scenic ride to San Juan La Laguna. We opted not to drive to Panajachel at night due to the narrow roads. While it could use a few touch-ups, overall everything was good . We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place .

Great quiet stay. It was nice to be able to leave the front windows open the entire stay. It was that quiet. Yet still 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. Kitchen was small but as shown in the photos. 2 of the burners work pretty well. The couch is a little different than in the photo, it’s a bit smaller. Nice having two beds. Place was clean. Quick communication. Thanks for the great stay.

We had a great time. The accommodation is splendid with a beautiful lake view. The outdoors as well as the private beach are full of charm. To be consumed without moderation!!

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

Enjoyed my stay. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Sonia was the host that communicated with me and provided a number for a private driver which made getting to and from the Airbnb very convenient. My mistake was not bringing enough cash. I would also be prepared for the bugs. They are big and loud especially at night. I didn’t really use the jacuzzi because it was filled with bugs at night. The best part of my stay was the view and hiring the private chef. The home cooked meal was delicious!

An excellent place to rest, with a spectacular view. EXPERIENCE: When you arrive at the location you have to climb some stairs to enter the apartment, about 45 steps in a small alley so I would not recommend taking someone with mobility problems, the place is very worthwhile, there are neighborhood shops and a restaurant nearby, the apartment is super clean and tidy, it has all kinds of amenities, living room, barbecue, fire pit, pans, stove, microwave, fridge, pure water, TV, clean beds, sheets, towels, super clean toilets and showers, dining room, everything 10/10. TRAVEL: I recommend traveling to Panajachel and from there look for the location, it is about 20 minutes away, I recommend getting groceries in Panajachel. HOST: Great service, always responded and was attentive to our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back, congratulations to the host for his attention and for having an impeccable apartment, regards.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help.
