What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

Great stay. The area felt safe, the next door neighbour came out to say hello. The house looked like the photos. If you need a place to stay in that area, I would definitely recommend it def. value for money, thank you to the hosts for making it so.

Lovely, attractive and comfortable house. Very well furnished and fabulously equipped. The large garden is a great space with a range of seating and tables, a chest of garden toys and a little Wendy house! Samantha communicated regularly and promptly but left as undisturbed during our stay. Overall, very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds Water park. A beautiful home with stunning views of the lake. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable and provided enough space for 6 adults and 3 children (one in a travel cot). It is very modern and spacious with so much thought in the decor. Board games and bat and ball games were a plenty and added some extra fun to the weekend! The outdoor area with comfortable furniture and beautiful views were very much enjoyed. The hosts allowed us to use their kayaks and paddle boards which we could easily walk to the lake. We enjoyed the park a few minutes walk away as well as footpaths with stunning scenery surrounding the house and gated community. Coffee shops, bistros, brasseries and pizzerias were all close by and excellent! Jon was an excellent host, on hand to make our stay comfortable. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book again.

Thank you to Gail and the team for hosting our family and friends birthday weekend faultlessly, and for the superb communications preceding our arrival and during our stay. We were 12 adults in total, plus 2 dogs, and could not have enjoyed it more. The house met all our expectations, and exceeded some, especially the wood burners, the superbly appointed kitchen/dining area, the large and comfortable bedrooms, and of course the wonderful views from the expansive garden. Dog walks to the local pub and samples from the Woodchester vineyard - bottles pre-ordered and awaiting our arrival - just gave the whole weekend that extra flair. Second daughter turns 30 next year - maybe we’ll do a rerun 😁

Tony's place was perfect for my weeks stay in the area. Very good host and seem very friendly. So far it's been the best Airbnb I've used. Will most definitely stay again when in the area. thanks for a perfect little house on the corner

30th birthday weekend away. Mixed age group. There was plenty for everyone! The house is very clean & spacious. The balcony with various seating options was great. We had good weather so was nice to sit outside. Everyone loved the hot tub. Tad breezy daytime but a soak early evening, the sun was fabulous. James was super helpful and on had. For Emma at Cotswolds dreams to decorate the house with Ballons. Our Tesco deliver had no issues finding the house Everything was seamless! Very high tech appliances, but a quick google and we worked everything out. The big utility area was very handy. Popped up the clothes horse for swim wear & hot tub towels. We hired bikes from Discover Bikes (on the same road as the entrance to Water edge) Lots of exploring done. Loads of great dog walks too. We were still out of season for water activities. Paddle boarding/ kayaking Which means we need to return 😃

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house full of amazing amenities and set in a gorgeous location. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and the perfect environment for a larger group of people. Highly recommend it if you ever come to this area.
