Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Central Athens Regional Unit

I had a great stay at this studio! The location was fantastic—quiet area with easy access to both the metro and the airport. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The host was excellent, very friendly, and the communication throughout was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the only downside was that the studio shared a door with another space, so I could hear some noise from the other guests.

Near to beach, nice place between the mountains. We checked in late and the checkin was smooth

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Great stay, we were only here for one night and I was perfect. Very close to the airport as well.

Ο χώρος προσεγμένος, με καλόγουστη διακόσμηση, full παροχές και ακριβέστατη περιγραφή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και προσβλέπω στην επόμενη ευκαιρία για τη φιλοξενία του Περικλή. Το σπίτι φαίνεται πανέμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά από κοντά είναι ακόμη πιο όμορφο! Καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές, άνετο, με καλή διαρρύθμιση του χώρου και ο host πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός

A lovely villa apartment on the lower floor of two storey building., very centrally located, but still private and very enclosed for peacefulness. access to the house had a gate and a private car park, which added extra convenience as we travelled by car. house had everything you would need, maybe need some more kitchen utensils, lacked on knifes and tools etc... but otherwise pretty ideallic and family friendly and very tastefully fldecorted throughout. we would definitely be back and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Athanasios was a great host providing great communication and friendly interactions. His place was the perfect option for our stay. There are several restaurants and bars around, and some of the restaurants are open 24 hours. Just down the street is a small but beautiful park, and across the street is a great friendly local grocery. On a sunny day, the penthouse-level balcony is a great place to take your laptop and check in on work, while in the evening, it offers breathtaking views of the sunset and gorgeous Athenian mountains. Athanasios even sent along some of his home grown oranges when delivering fresh linens. We would highly recommend staying in any of Athanasios properties.

Everything was perfect. Amazing location, near everything (transports, attractions…) you can explore Athens by foot easily. The house is super cozy and clean. Full o amenities ( slippers, ropes, kitchen supplies, bathroom amenities,…). The jacuzzi was a big plus. Would stay again for sure and I wish I stayed more time.

This centrally located Athens apartment is a real gem! The rooftop jacuzzi and sauna with breathtaking views are increadible, offering an incredible sense of luxury. The location is ideal, the cleanliness was exceptional and communication with the host was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!!

Eagles Nest ist ein kleines Juwel und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen der einen Trip nach Athen plant . Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich komme definitiv wieder ! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

Lovely accommodation for our Business trip to Athens. Fantastic host would definitely stay again!

A cozy, well-equipped penthouse, which makes good use of its space. Its obvious highlight is the city skyline & Hymettus mountain view (far in the distance), but what I liked most was the privacy (6th floor, quality frames and situated on a less busy street), which cancels out almost all of the city noise. A place to relax and recharge completely. NB: I wasn't there during any weekdays. Wish I could have stayed longer and will return first chance. Recommended👍🏼
