Great stay in a very beautiful, warm, spotless and fully equipped apartment. The area is full of options for food, drink and shopping. The host was excellent, helpful in everything we asked for and welcomed us with a dish of melomakarona that we duly honored. Stay in the apartment is highly recommended.

Very spacious and cozy house. The area is great, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The metro is a 5-minute walk away and allows you to get around Athens. The host is always available to give advice and solve any problem

We had a really pleasant stay in the apartment. It was clean and nice. It is close to the metro station, railway station and it's around 20-25 minutes of enjoyable walk to the old city center. The instructions for self chek-in were clear and it was great that we could check-in at any time as we had a light flight. I highly recommend this place to stay in Athens☺️

Friendly polite host, very good communication and early response. Clean place, cozy furniture and equipment, excellent location near park of Lycabetus Hill and metro station. Much appreciated flexibility in check-in hour. Photos over-flater the place regarding available open space. Surely I would stay again in future if needed.

At Maria's place you will definitely find more than you need. The house has plenty of space and it is cosy decorated. An extra plus for the super comfortable mattress of the double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, more than you have imagined! We also appreciated the garden and all the possible activities for young children. The location is just perfect. The beach is in walking distance. A lot of cafes and taverns also in walking distance. With our double stroller we did everything on foot. Our children loved to play with the pets in the beautiful garden and connect with nature. Of course if you have a car, you have a lot of different beach possibilities nearby. Not to mention the beautiful sunset ! Last but not least Mrs Maria and her husband will provide you plenty of useful information and will be happy to help you if you have any requests . They are the perfect hosts and an authentic example of greek filoxenia. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed every single moment!

The house is gorgeous. Everything was great. The host was super friendly and helpful. We actually asked to extend our reservation because it was an amazing place.

We stayed 11 night, couple with 2 children 8 & 7. Overall very nice, we we're working during the day and this place has a huge office desk in the living room, great wifi in every room, another table in the kitchen, it was really great and allowed us to work and have zoom meetings in quiet rooms. I was a bit surprised that the washing machine is not in the apartment, its on the roof, which is very accessible and has a really nice view, and also has a clothes dryer which is great, but its not as comfortable as having the washer in the apartment, but we managed ok, and the appliances are really good. The area is OK, nothing spectacular in walking distance but we had a car so it was really nice to have parking right on the premises. Be aware that parking could be a bit difficult, its a bit narrow and could be challenging to back out to the busy street. The host was great and was ready to help and answer every question and request very fast. Beds and pillows are great! overall very pleased.

This property was the ideal choice for our stay, especially with a car and an early morning flight out of Athens. It offered ample parking space and a convenient location, just a quick 12-minute drive to the airport. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the other amenities, they appeared to be in excellent condition and would be ideal for an extended stay. Highly recommended for its convenience and comfort!

I don’t think I have the words to describe how incredible both Harry and his place were. Harry couldn’t have been more generous and helpful; even taking us to the supermarket and patiently waiting while we bought trolleys of supplies, suggesting tavernas and walks, booking an incredible local wine tour and - most unbelievably of all - cooking for us on two occasions. It was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend this more. Thank you so much, Harry!

Very nice and spacious. Wonderful and friendly host. A bit under equipped at our stay, but was informed that some furniture and equipment is still on the way. Everything is clean. Some equipment outdated.

Dimitra has been an excellent host, cimmunicative, precise and always helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, everything is new and is very quiet. Amazing neighbourhood, many restaurants, mini markets, bakery around the corne. Walking distance yo Actopolis ans Syntagma square.

This is a great place, clean and modern, which can be difficult to find in Vouliagmeni where most buildings are old. The apartment had all amenities and supplies needed, and Petros was a very thoughtful and attentive host. One small thing to note, which was not mentioned in the listing, is that the place is surrounded by cats that like to roam at the building's entrance and the apartment's balcony, which can trigger the allergies of the small minority of people who are sensitive.

Spiros was a very nice host. Very easy communication, a very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful Terrasse. I can highly recommend to book his Airbnb and spend some days in Athen :)

It was easy to host. The accommodation is clear and the terrace is a real plus. Very good value for money 30 minutes from the historic center. The neighborhood is peaceful and very secure even for a single woman. Thanks to Hosts!

The apartment has been visibly recently renovated and is perfect in every detail. The private parking is fantastic if you arrive by car and want to leave it parked for your stay. We loved the place and the surroundings and it's just a short walk from the city center (Agorà, Acropolis...). Zoe and Andreas were helpful and friendly and we loved our stay. Absolutely recommended.

We have just come back from our wonderful holiday and cannot recommend it more highly. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could need, and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. Rhodric was really helpful and responded immediately with lots of information. There is also a link to local recommendations, amenities and general info about the property that was brilliant. While you’re not in central Athens, Glyfada is a lovely low key alternative with lots of great restaurants and shops. The apartment is 10mins from the metro straight in to the city centre or 10mins to gorgeous beaches so you really do get the best of both worlds. We’d love to go back again!
