Rafaella attended to us promptly, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The place is wonderful, spacious and airy, comfortable and clean. We didn't have any problems with the accommodation. I recommend it!

The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well located, impeccable apartment. I went with my husband, 2 teenage children and my mother and everyone really liked the apartment. Easy check-in, clear information and rules. Luiza responds quickly and with accurate information. We really enjoyed it and recommend it!

Andreia's apartment is very comfortable and clean, however it is a little far from the center of Campos de Jordão, with no problem with a car. We very much like the silence of the place. A point of attention for future guests is parking spaces that are for small and medium cars. André who checked in and out was very attentive.

The house is very cozy, much better in person! Very well-equipped kitchen, complete house with warm and comfortable bed linens. Wonderful environment with lots of greenery, sound of waterfall. Gisele's service is impeccable! I would go back a thousand times, I want to live there! Doormen, well done! I loved everything!

I can only think of how good the location was! We were steps from the buzz of Capivari and at the same time in a very quiet area. The apartment very well accommodates a family of 4. Well-equipped kitchen and very clean. Comfortable beds. Fireplace working perfectly. The person who does the cleaning and cleaning of the apt received us and was very solicitous in the days leading up to our arrival (Tiago gave us her contact in advance, which gave us a lot of security). The only point of attention is the three flights of stairs that were no problem for our family, but can be an important factor for someone who has mobility issues.

Great apartment, wonderful reception of the host Priscila and the entire staff of the site, balcony with breathtaking view, very well equipped, silent condominium, all perfect! we'll be back soon!

Our accommodation was perfect , home much better in person and very cozy . Everything was well organized and very clean , the location is about 10 min from the Capivari by car , has supermarkets and pharmacies nearby , all wonderful

The house is very cozy. We went in four people and two dogs and really felt at home. All well tidy, clean. The warm house, the very beautiful backyard, flowery, a very wide space in which the dogs could stay calm. We love the covers: soft and very warm. Rose is a very willing person, received us very well and instructed us how to use what we needed and gave tips of where to go, where they accepted dogs and everything else. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be a place to host again when we go to Campos again.

Our hosting was very nice! The owner Gloria was kind and helpful and we found the house cozy! The three en-suites are large and comfortable. The room on the ground floor is very small (it is a service room with an electric shower bathroom), but it was very useful for our group. The location is great and super easy to get to in Capivari (15 min walk). We appreciate and recommend this house!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything organized and clean, kitchen accessories in excellent condition. In addition to the amazing view. Clearly, a place where the owners make use of it as well. In the future, we'll stay here again.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in, very complete, super quiet place, good to really rest and at the same time it was close to the center (Vila Capivari), we had access to everything. My family really loved and praised this space. It's much better than in the photos. Highly recommended. I'm here thinking that in winter it must be even better.
