We were one of the first families in the house. Everything was well prepared for us. Jeroen quickly brought the things that were still missing. The house is really very nice and very spacious. There were five of us and there was more than enough room. The surrounding area is very beautiful, the local supply is very good and you are quickly on the beach, in Haarlem or in Amsterdam. We mostly used the car. We can recommend the accommodation very well.

We had a wonderful time at Dirks farmhouse. It was a beautiful setting with sheep surrounding us. Very close to the airport and to the family we came to visit. Dirk was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time visiting Purmerend.

It was a great stay in the loft. Very large for two. Nevertheless, very stylishly furnished. You can tell there's love in it. From there, it is very close to Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zandvoort and Alkmaar. Very convenient for a walk with a dog. The kitchen equipment could have been a little more extensive ( bread knife or cutting board). But it didn't really bother you. Bed linen and towels are included. The window by the toilet cannot be opened and closed due to a fly screen. We asked Chantal to close it, which she did right away. So, everything is great!

Manon and Hugo have a beautiful house tastefully decorated! Very well located on a beautiful port with all the shops nearby! The train station is really close to take the train to Amsterdam! The house is very well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in with beautiful spaces and a beautiful kitchen. The Alpacas and the treehouse made our children happy. Waking up can be early with the airport located not too far away. We would happily stay again ;)

Brilliant home in a peaceful location! Great transport links for cars, and equally nearest train station is a 30 minute walk away along a cycle lane. Lovely little pancake place just 50m away too, which was a real delight. Miranda was really responsive, and made us feel really welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would certainly return!

We loved the fisherman’s cottage in Edam. The space was comfortable and clean. Ingrid was so helpful and friendly. We loved Edam so much. It was the perfect retreat from the big city. Taking the bus into Amsterdam couldn’t have been easier. We truly felt like we got the best of both worlds. If stairs aren’t your thing, this might not be the place for you. The staircase to the second floor is a bit of a challenge.

Perfect stay in this lovely house close to the beach. Tenant is always available and answers quickly to your requests. House was clean and well equiped (except cleaning products). Would recommend 100%

Our stay was just wonderful. We liked the house, the place, the quiet neighborhood between Haarlem and Zandvoort, also close to Amsterdam and only a bike ride to the beautiful beaches. Willemijn and her family share a very cosy, beautiful decorated and family-friendly home and were very kind and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the accommodations, each room with its bathroom and toilet, very well arranged accommodation, and then this cottage where we all looked alike was very nice,friendly. There is all the equipment you need to cook and share good times.

Beautiful big house with lots of space and a very large garden! We had two small children (<4 years) with us, who had a great time. Center of Schoorl is within walking distance and the beautiful dune walks too. The beach is a lot further, we recommend to rent a bike or grab the car. The house is located on the passage street of Schoorl, making it easy to get there and drive away again easily. However, it is a busy street in terms of car traffic. Inside, everything you need was present, from toys to kitchen equipment.

We stayed at Heleen's place with our family including our 2.5 yeard old daughter and our 11-month old sun and my parents at Heleen's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The location is fantastique if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to nature (walkable) and beach. The house has a beautiful garden for kids to play in (including trampoline) and inside the house has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved it as an escape from our normal city-life, this is an Airbnb experience you would not be able to get in any other way!

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had such a lovely stay at the Smithy in Haarlem! I visited with my Mum and two sisters, and it was the perfect place for us. It is in such an idyllic setting by the canal (there were several ducks just pottering around when we arrived!) and the property is beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Smithy to anyone and would more than happily stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the hospitality of Bas really made our day!

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

The place was wonderful and left nothing to be desired. Very nice house, located directly by the forest with private access to the forest. Great sauna and lounge area outside with heaters, so also pleasant to sit outside this time of year. Very spacious garden. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike and you can also jog or walk there. Highly recommended for a nice getaway with family/ friends.
