We feel super comfortable in the house, it has an adorable country look, there are several corners to enjoy and especially the gallery looking at the hills while you catch the fire is amazing! Highly recommended and super friendly hostess!

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! Amazing host (Natalia went above and beyond to help us get around the area), super flexible check in and super great communication. As soon as you enter the property you realise you have the BEST views of the cordillera, the geography and landscape will literally take your breath away! We loved it so much that we extended our stay to 4 nights in total. The converted camping trailer is super cozy and has everything you need. Fully functioning toilet and shower, gas stove, plates, cutlery, pans, etc. Don’t think about it and book now!!!

The Mountain Cottage

The off grid home was in a peaceful location with beautiful view of the mountains, wildlife, horses and the sky at night was epic. If you are looking to drop the communications of everyday its the perfect place to rest and think of what is really important. My son and I enjoyed the home very much. All the solar was more than enough to heat the water and all electric. Federica's art was also beautiful throughout the home and we will be looking to purchase some if she is wanting to. I recommend staying here if you truly want quiet and a place to retreat to when life gets a little crazy. Uspallata is very close for what you need for your stay. There are many places to hike all around. If you drive about 45 minutes towards Chile there are places to see as well. Inca Village, ski resort, small mountain towns, horseback riding, hikes and the view is a postcard at all views. We will be back to stay again as we live in Mendoza and will be perfect to get away again.

Beautiful, well appointed retreat. Private location with several outdoor living spaces. Exceeded expectations! Our favorite stay during our 2 weeks in the Mendoza area. The kitchen has everything you need to make various meals. Basic ingredients (salt, spices, oil, etc) provided. Martin was very welcoming. We would stay again!

We had a great time in this house — we were with our three children and we were all very comfortable. Although it was 3°C at night, the house was warm and cozy. It was very well furnished, we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Special thanks to the host, Gustavo — he very kindly welcomed us by car at the terminal, helped us with our luggage and told us in great detail about the local attractions. We felt at home. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

An excellent entire stay, We had an inconvenience, (we forgot silver on a light table), we talked and the silver had already been separated by the cleaning girls, on the other day they deposited it on my account. Very easy to access, the main street is opposite but it's not noisy, we slept very well, the beds are comfortable and we didn't feel cold, the hosts are divine. Mrs. Reina gives very good recommendations. We loved it.

Perfect option for people that want to experience local life in Uspallata. Mauro and his whole family are really really welcoming. Selena (mother of Mauro) is English teacher, which is helpful for anyone who doesn't speak much Spanish. The femily invited me to a local city event and we also had dinner together. The house and rooms are bit older than they look on the picture, but that was not problem for me. Also you will meet a lot of firendly dogs and cats in the house. In general I have to say, that it was one of the most pleasant stay through AirBnB that I ever had. Thank you very much Selena, Mauro, Ricardo and Camila!
