We had a great stay! Home was as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was responsive to our messages. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Amazing host!! Had family in town to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She decorated with a birthday banner, and also gave my mom a birthday cake and bottle of wine! It was the perfect start to celebrating her and this weekend! Walking distance to Buckhead Village is and other shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Whole Foods for groceries as well. Quick ride to Lenox and Phipps too! Clean, modern, unit looks just like pictures! No issues with parking in the secured garage! Will def use property again next time I have family in town!! Thank you again!!

Stayed here a couple times and highly recommend! The host is quick to respond and communicates clearly. The unit is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants!

Where do I even begin? I’m a super picky person and due to that I don’t do Airbnb unless it’s absolutely necessary, but you see Shawn’s place? Amazing Amazing Amazing! Squeaky clean, i immediately felt like home! I literally hugged her when i stepped into the unit. Shawn is so thoughtful, this airbnb has more than you’ll even need. She’s also super helpful and responsive and would always check in to see if you’re okay. The location is awesome right on Roswell road with lots of things to do nearby. I remember Shawn saying to me, “I’ll only rent out a place I can personally live in” and that’s exactly what she did! If you’re like me, super picky, OCD, attention to detail … this is your best bet. Easily one of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed in. THANK YOU SHAWN!! You’re the BEST! I’m definitely going to miss this beautiful home!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Emile was very responsive and proactively gave us instructions for check in. Upon booking, we received recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks - which is something I’ve never experienced before with AirBnB! The space was clean and organized, and you could tell the owners picked out each piece of decor with intent. Most wouldn’t care, but it’s the details like that that make a home away from home! We were minutes away from just about everything which made new experiences that much more feasible. Absolutely everything you could ever need! Side Note: Go to the Common Table for breakfast and to the Riverport Grille for dinner! Absolutely outstanding food - and it’s a short drive to get there!

Location was great for our trip. We were less than 10 minutes to the Coca Cola Roxy or the Battery area. Kitchen was great! Accommodations were excellent for our stay. Would recommend this host!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a very convenient location, close to everything we needed. It was perfect for our family — my husband, our three young kids, and I all felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay here again! We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying with Rene and Lindsey. We had an emergency need to find a place and they were extremely responsive and booked us right away.

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay.

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!
