Very warm welcome, contact always easy. You can get to the sea relatively quickly by car, there are forest paths nearby for jogging/hiking, we were there with 2 children, there is enough space to play etc., we could not use the small pool due to illness, it is also perfect in summer. For us it was a pity that the sun on the terrace was gone quickly, in summer when it is hot, on the other hand, you are certainly grateful for it.

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa. Beautiful quiet location, just a short drive to the gorgeous beaches and the resort of Platja D’Aro. Villa was really clean and spacious and the pool was a good size and really well maintained. Just a short walk from the local, well stocked, supermarket. All in all fantastic, would highly recommend.

Very responsive and accommodating host. Impeccable housing, very clean. The bed linen, sofa cover, tablecloth smelled clean. All the mattresses were protected by bores, so we say about the impeccable hygiene of the house. Small negative, very busy street but it pays for the proximity to all shops. Carless vacations. I highly recommend accommodation.

We've been there for 3 weeks and we've really enjoyed the house. The pool is perfect for a family. The kitchen is very well equipped although some elements were antique. The living room terrace is wonderful for lunch and dinner. We were very comfortable and would repeat it without a doubt.

Totally recommended accommodation to enjoy the Costa Brava. The house is a few minutes from the beautiful village of Llafranc. Although it is necessary to take the car, in the area there are several large supermarkets, shops and all kinds of services. The house is very large, comfortable and with the necessary kitchen utensils. We were great at Aureli's house and he was attentive to our needs at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully in the future we will have the opportunity to enjoy this house again.

Sylvie and Jordy are particularly welcoming hosts, they were responsive to small functional problems. the 3 bathrooms are perfect for the number of bedrooms. the environment is quiet and close to everything, shop ,beach etc... perfect accommodation for large families or groups of friends .

Great place to have rest with kids (playground, swimming pool, and football field - all at a walking distance). Xavi is a great host, very flexible and available. There was a TV set in each room, even in the kitchen :) The place is very quiet and well located (I recommend visiting Castelló d'Empúries, a small medieval town nearby). Great experience! Had an amazing stay at the villa. Host met us in person for check in and gave us a tour, the villa is set out amazingly for large groups and has a good set up of bedroom and bathrooms. There is a very steep drive up to the villa so the host kindly drove our cases and some older guests up and down when we needed. There is a large supermarket close by which they also kindly drove us to when we arrived to help us get food and drinks back. The villa was so clean and has enough seating/space indoors and outdoors for the large groups. The view is amazing, already hope we will come back one day!

There were 9 of us and we had a wonderful week in this house. The place is exactly as described on the Airbnb site, clean, spacious and comfortable. In addition, the location is quite good, close to many restaurants and shops (about 15 min). We were very well received by our host, who was very attentive to us. She gave us valuable tips on where to go and where to eat. We felt at home from the moment we arrived.

House with great amenities, great location, ideal for large family

Our group of five had a wonderful 7-day stay here. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Every morning, it was bathed in sunlight, making it perfect for enjoying the sun. The living room was absolutely stunning, featuring large glass windows that offered breathtaking views of the forest. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The host was extremely warm, hospitable, and kind. They went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in and even gave us a ride to the train station.

We really enjoyed the weekend at the house, Ramon was very nice and looked after us whenever necessary. We will definitely be back 👍🏼

Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Costa Brava, it offers easy access to serene nature and local culture. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and charming villages while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. The house is spacious and beautifully designed, making it perfect for families. With ample room for everyone to relax and unwind, we found it an ideal setting for quality family time. The bright and airy atmosphere, along with stunning views. The Pool was also amazing, well kept as well as the rest of the house. It was an overall wonderful experience for our entire family!! Lovely villa as pictured although the pool is bigger than it looks.. only thing we didn’t realise was it’s on quite a steep hill. Local amenities and able to get the train to calella or Barcelona which was only 5 euros. Jordi and Anna were really helpful and provided lots of advice and recommendations.. All in all a great trip!

This is an absolute gem of a find. The place is perfect for relaxing and managing the hot summer days. The garden is beautifully maintained with lots to keep children busy and engaged. The pool is beautiful and so perfect to relax in. The location is very close to San Pert and about a 20 min walk to the beach but we had a hire car so didn’t do the walk. Would definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay at Juan Jose's apartment. It was my first trip to Spain, Arenys de Mar was the perfect place to land. The Airbnb was perfect—it is located on a quiet street, but just off the busy main road with all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. I did not have a car and could walk anywhere, or walk 8 minutes to the R1 train to go to Barcelona! A large supermarket (Mercadona) is about ten minutes walk, and there are also fruits and vegetable shops and convenient stores just steps from the Airbnb. And the ocean is right there as well! The Airbnb itself was spotless, extremely clean and tidy. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Oh, and the deck is marvelous. Juan Jose is very fast with his correspondence and replying to messages. I appreciate that very much and put my mind at ease when I preparing for my trip. It was a joy to explore Arenys de Mar, and I hope to return someday. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described. I had a very comfortable stay.

It’s even prettier than the pictures! The view is stunning and it’s a peaceful location. About a 20 minute walk (steep hills) or 5 minute drive to the beach so near to everything you need but away from the hustle

Very good location. Very quiet and still a good distance to the beach. The house is very good equipped: A lot of kitchen utensils. Contact to "Sa Punta Costa Brava S.L." was working without any problems and the speed of answer was extremely good. Check-In and Check-out worked without a problem. We felt at home and it would be likely that we would come again to this place in case we will visit Costa Brava again.

Our stay at Miguels/ Nicoletta Villa was great! The House is clean and has a nice interieur, the Pool is very big and the Garage has enough Space for two big cars. It was perfekt for relaxing and having a good time. Thank you!
