Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cache la Poudre River

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean. Extremely well stocked with necessities and a lot of luxuries (chargers on the night stand, plentiful towels, espresso etc). Very peaceful and private backyard with private hot tub. Gene was super responsive and definitely made us feel at home. Short drives to Denver and boulder. Estes Park was about an hour. Breckenridge and Colorado Springs are about 2 hours. Definitely recommend this listing for anyone trying to experience several different locations of Colorado.

Very nice accommodations for our family while visiting RMNP. It was nice to relax in the movie the ater after a long day of hiking. When we asked, Michelle kindly provided a set of bedding for the lower futon mattress so our grandson wouldn't fall off the bed. The only thing I would suggest is if someone in your group has fragrance sensitivities, maybe mention it to the hosts ahead of time; the fabric softener (or whatever is used on the bedding) is quite strong. We didn't use all of the amenities because of our schedule. But they looked nice. We were grateful for a safe place to stay. Thanks!

The Carriage Haus was such a cozy and comfortable experience. I stayed for 2 months while I was working on assignment out of state and I felt very much at home. Stephanie was very kind and easy to reach if I need anything at all but everything I needed was easily available to me already in the apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. There are some restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries within walking distance and plenty more around with a short drive. Stephanie also prepared a binder with recommendations, instructions, and general information for the stay which was very helpful. I had an amazing time and would be more than happy to stay again in the future :)

We had 6 girls staying here and they all loved it!! Movies, foosball table, and ping pong were a hit with all ages. Thank you.

Very comfortable space. Nicole was responsive and helpful. Took us a day to get used to the road and train noise (which wasn’t relatively bad). After that everything was great. Safe areas outside for our toddler to roam and play. Interested in staying here again.

We were there for my brother's funeral. This townhouse provided plenty of space and a kind of retreat for us. It has, as described, three levels so there are a lot of stairs. We had a lot going on and didn't figure out how to get to the garage until the last day. It is pet friendly but there is carpet upstairs and the fenced yard is very small. It is near Old Town but in an area of new construction near the railroad tracks and light industry not an old neighborhood. So, if you're not familiar with the area, it feels like your GPS must be taking you to the wrong place until you turn into the street where the townhouses are. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and laundry room in the basement providing a lot of privacy for 1-2 guests.

Lorraine place was a absolutely amazing. She was very graceful. Her house was amazing. I wish I could’ve spent more time there but was planning a wedding. She even helped me and my best friend with our hair with her salon. She was absolutely the most graceful individual I’ve ever met and I hope God blesses her with every Journey she is walking with

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.
