Yeti 3BHK Villa - ( 30 mins from Mcleod )

ChetanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Dharamshala! The place was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The host, Vijay, was incredibly helpful and kept us updated throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the caretaker, Praveen, who was always ready to help and never said no to anything. The view from the property is absolutely mesmerizing — a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the hills. Local shops are nearby, and the main market is just a short 1 km walk away. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Dharamshala!

Krishna's Traditional Homestay

AravindRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A must experience if you are in Manali is to live the local way. This home is one of the best options for that. I enjoyed staying at the property amongst lovely people. Krishna ji wasn’t at station when we stayed, but her mother and niece helped make our stay wonderful. The view from the the outside the home is breathtaking. And the food, oh it was extremely tasty.
A snow-covered outdoor area surrounds a two-story stone house, highlighting the clean, white landscape. Two dogs roam on the pathway, while gentle slopes and trees frame the background, suggesting a peaceful mountain setting under a cloudy sky.

Mount Happy

AritraRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Mount Happy, indeed! Ankit’s place is in a really peaceful part of Hallan valley. The house has unobstructed views of the mountains! You can just laze around in the garden watching the mountains throughout the day. The house is also bathed in sunlight through the day. The house is equipped with technology, right from bed warmers to heaters to geysers to a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a library which is pretty well stocked. The house also has a small garden which results in the freshest of veggies for your salads. Ankit is a very hospitable host and went out of his way to ensure our comfort on multiple occasions. He was kind enough to even bake me some bread for my further travels. Sunita di (the caretaker) is a gem of a person and is always around to help. Definitely give her aloo parathas a try. A special mention to Bella and Brownie (the resident dogs) who are too damn friendly! So glad I came across this listing, and this definitely won’t be my last visit to this place!
The spacious bedroom features a large bed covered with a colorful blanket, accompanied by a rocking chair and a soft area rug. Natural light fills the room from a window, while wooden furniture provides storage. The ceiling showcases a grid pattern, adding depth to the space.

Entire floor with big living space in farmhouse

MarianRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Beautifully built large apartment. Very private, with fantastic views of the mountains from the roof terrace. Rita was incredibly helpful & kind. We had breakfast & an evening meal at the apartment, all superb quality. Huge, spotless bathroom & plenty of kitchen equipment if you wanted a snack. The bed is huge & comfortable. The terrace is great looking over the plant nursery with so many birds to see. The apartment is an easy walk to the cricket ground, although slopes involved as in all of Dharamshala. We will definitely return next time we visit Dharamshala.

Blue Hills Sunrise Loft #1

CraigRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This place was wonderful. It was my first stop in India so the perfect place to settle in. It’s a short walk from McLeod Ganj and is surrounded by great amenities including a couple of great restaurants, a shop and a gym. The area is a great mix of Tibetan/Buddhist and Indian cultures. It’s wonderful! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. I was remote working so the work desk was ideal but trying to work without getting mesmerised by the view was hard 😂 The team couldn’t have done more for me including getting an Indian SIM card. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning and I can’t wait.
A spacious bedroom is highlighted by large windows that offer mountain views. A comfortable bed with soft linens takes center stage, accompanied by a nightstand. Natural light floods the room, which features a simple decorative rug beneath and wooden accents throughout.

Stunning views, entire top floor, balcony. Private

AmritRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Dunichand Ji was very helpful and always there to help out. Many thanks to him for making sure we felt safe and comfortable. Everything was exactly as per the listing. Totally worth the price, but... Cons - - The property is in a highly inconvenient location because the property is accessible only by a steep flight of about 60 steps. It was very hard to climb after a long day of activities. It is especially challenging if it snows. If you are coming as a family and can afford a higher price, go for a property on the main road. - No backup during power cuts. If you can afford a higher price, go for a property with central heating and power backup, at least for the nights. Other than the 2 points above, the property was exactly as described in the listing, with great views and amenities.
The exterior of a multi_story cottage showcases traditional architecture with stone and wood finishes. A fresh layer of snow covers the roof and surrounding landscape, while evergreen trees frame the scene. Vehicles are parked nearby, hinting at a welcoming atmosphere.

Cottages| Exquisite Retreat with Panoramic Scenery

ShyamaRating, 5 stars36 months ago
I really liked the location of this place. It's 20 kms before main Manali market etc so if you're goal is to see Manali then this might be a bit far unless you have your own car. We weren't really interested in Mall road and our main goal was to drive to Atal tunnel and Keylong the next morning. So for a night's stay it was perfect. Surrounded by lots of green I liked the quiet ambience here. I am not sure how the other rooms were but we booked a villa that had a hall and 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 on the first floor. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. The campus also had some random swings that gave us 5 mins of adventure lol. Food taste was decent (some may not like it but if you're not a food drama queen you'll survive) P.S. For those worried by the word "Satvika" in the name - they do have non veg food :)
A stone structure with a charming design is illuminated by soft lights against a twilight backdrop. Pathways lined with stones meander through a landscaped area, leading to the building. The surrounding mountains add to the tranquil setting.

Royal Den @ Manali Home

Meeran RizviRating, 5 stars28 months ago
We just wanna start by saying one word: "satisfied." 😇 It's a beautiful homestay situated in a safe neighbourhood👌🏽 The hosts, Rakesh and Preethi, especially made sure of it ❤️ From providing proper, authentic home food and tidy accommodations To guide us our way through Kullu and Manali, Rakesh took entire responsibility of our journey in Himachal, which left us nothing but to just enjoy our trip peacefully 🤩✌️ He even acquainted us with local travel, which was really cheap and the best. We are just happy to say that "Royal Den" homestay does absolute justice to the names "Royal" and "homestay." And the hosts, Rakesh and Preethi, made our visit complete ❤️ Once again, it's a beautiful homestay, which is made even more beautiful by its hosts 😇 Thanks, Rakesh and Preethi ❤️

Frank and Alok are amazing hosts who don’t leave a single stone unturned in order to make sure your stay is comfortable and amazing. The place is remote, so please respect the locals and you will have a great stay. Airbnb location is wrong so simply put 4rooms in google or just contact Frank.

La Maison (A Boutique Bed and Breakfast)

ArunimaRating, 5 stars37 months ago
La Maison is a gem of a place located in Chougan, Bir. I'm actually not sure where to start from as it all just culminated into something great but here goes..... Location- Super! If you walk from the Tibetan Market bus stop, it takes about 20 mins and it takes you via winding lanes, beautiful views and cute cafes where you can stop for a quick coffee or whatever you fancy. By taxi, it takes less than 5 mins and the charge is about 150 one way. Check in and check out- Super smooth. Early check in is not a possibility and honestly, it does not matter as the rooms are made ready while you sit down to breakfast or freshen yourself in the guest washroom. Lounge around reading or go for a walk while they get you settled. Check in is very fast and all you need to do is give you ID proof and done! The house- In the middle of nature with stunning views of the mountains and paragliders in the sky the entire day- what else would you want? It is silent and tranquil. The interiors are cosy and exactly how they are shown in the various sites. There are lots of spaces to lounge around in, books in plenty and soothing music that plays in the drawing room the entire day. The house provides privacy along with interaction in a very balanced way- Kudos to Ranjeet and Priti for this achievement! :) Food- The best part of my stay! It is AMAZING! All home cooked, vegetarian and wholesome. There's just something very satisfying about the food and the way it is served. The dining table used to be a hub of conversation amongst the travellers and the hosts- all seeming like a family meal where you hang around even after the food is done with haha! I honestly would not mind eating all my meals here the next time I visit :) The hosts- More said is less about Priti and Ranjeet! They have built a haven for travellers where you feel peaceful and happy and all things nice. Their son Daksh adds to the activity around and the residential pet, Buddy is very amusing :) Special mention for the house help Lucky, who goes around with a smile and nod and makes your life very easy. Will I be back? OF COURSE! Do I recommend this place? With all my heart :) Is this suitable for a long term stay/ workation? Absolutely!
A serene river flows gently over smooth stones, surrounded by lush greenery. Various sizes of rounded rocks are visible along the banks, creating a natural landscape. The water's surface reflects the surrounding foliage, contributing to a peaceful, natural setting.

Private room and Camps with beautiful view • Bir

DipyamanRating, 5 stars12 months ago
It was an amazing stay for us. We were given the choice to stay at the delux room or at the premium tents at the terrace and we chose the tents ⛺️… it was a very comfortable stay with a special mention of Pratapji ( sr person) who was the manager , cum an awesome cook 👍 and was always available for any support. He was well supported by Sandesh who again ensure service with a smile 😊 Sanjay , the owner was travelling on work but he was extremely hospitable and ensured all necessary arrangements were done well in advance including a beautiful bonfire 🔥 . If you are at Bir billing than one should definitely try their stay here to enjoy the bliss of river stream right in front and the property being located between 2 mountain valleys. The bir landing point is approx 5kms.
A spacious living area features two light-colored sofas complemented by blue cushions. A wooden coffee table sits in the center, surrounded by decorative items. A television is mounted on the opposite wall, while artwork and a warm lamp add character to the room.

La Maison (a Boutique Bed and Breakfast)

ApurvaRating, 5 stars46 months ago
Feels like home. A warm stay with a warm family. I haven't come across a better interpretation of a homestay in Bir or anywhere really. The home is clean, well-equipped for a short or long stay and offers amazing views of the mountains. The home is very thoughtfully and soulfully crafted and full of art pieces to admire. They offer delicious and healthy home-cooked food made out of home-grown vegetables. Loved the home and Bir so much so that decided to extend the stay. :)
A small balcony is shown with green railings, overlooking a lush area of greenery. The scene includes various shades of green from bushes and trees, providing a natural, tranquil setting just outside the door.
