Are you looking for a mega cozy stay in a quiet area, close to various beautiful walks? Don't hesitate, this is definitely a great option! Very spacious, super cozy and romantic studio with fireplace and a beautiful view. The kitchen is very spacious and convenient, you will find everything you need. Bathroom is also super spacious and tidy. And then there is and plus the most friendly welcome and help from Patricia & Philippe! So really a gem... We will most definitely go back! Top stay! Everything was there ,a lot of comfort, cozy for large and small, modern homely atmosphere, beautiful rooms ..... Beautiful view,fire basket, sun loungers, and and and and ........We were able to play tennis, pétanque, ping-pong, billiards, jaccuzi the children did not get bored for a moment. Also the small things such as toilet paper , paper towels, dishwashing tablets, many small amenities where you just don't have to walk directly to the shop. Kitchen well equipped with equipment. And we were still very lucky, in early April 20 degrees and could go kayaking. Our weekend was a success! GREAT thank you

3 great bedrooms, each with shower. extremely friendly host. House perfect equipped. Towels for outside. Nice terrace. Great kitchen. very beautiful area. House is in a very quiet street. I could go on, but you get the point: absolutely perfect. Maybe one improvement point...Shampoo for the shower was missing.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the self check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the accommodation was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two sources of heat was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage matches the description perfectly: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

What a pleasant stay at Jean-Claude's! We were warmly welcomed. Our host prepared homemade spaghetti Bolognese for us, and everything we needed for breakfast: butter, homemade jam, cheeses, ham, fresh eggs (from his chickens), fresh milk, oranges for juice... Amazing! The accommodation is beautiful and impeccably clean. Lots of little touches: box of tissues and bottles of water on the bedside tables, clean towels, made beds. The terrace overlooking the Meuse is a slice of heaven... Jean-Claude gave us all the info for visiting the area and made himself very available. In addition, very flexible on check-in and check-out times. The big +: the electric bikes with which we went to the center of Dinant. We will undoubtedly be back. Thank you for everything.

Good accommodation, compliant and adequate for one night, in the basement of a family home. The only thing to know is that if you measure more than about 1m85, you will almost touch the ceiling! 🙂

What a wonderful experience! The house was really beautiful and tip-top in order. There was plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our young children absolutely loved the play area and enjoyed themselves there for a whole week. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Well worth. We are very satisfied!

We had an unforgettable stay in this exceptional accommodation! The house is perfectly located, with a forest directly accessible from the garden and along the Meuse – a true paradise for us and our dog, who was also spoiled with treats, a toy, and a comfortable bed. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful touches: a beautifully set table, fresh fruits, eggs, cava, and even some snacks. The open fireplace added a cozy atmosphere to our evenings, and the area, close to Dinant and many amenities, is simply stunning. Iris is a responsive, attentive, and very friendly host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!
